I hired Satva.io to create websites for two companies with integrated backend software. I had high hopes for this company and software. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing:
Key Issues:
• Subpar work quality that didn't match promised examples
• Backend system failed to function properly for business operations
• Revision cycles with concerns never fully addressed
• Second contract work never even started
• Owner made promises about software capabilities that proved false
• None of the delivered work is usable moving forward
• Ali, the owner of the company, has not stood behind her teams work and this has caused a financial loss off $16,200 plus extensive time and effort over 1.5 years trying to collaborate with her and her team. We have now had to rebuild everything on other platforms.
Ali initially offered a refund on the 2nd contract, but retracted it when I expressed my disappointment and mistrust. Despite multiple attempts to reach an amicable solution, she has refused to engage constructively.
I have concerns about their business practices and contract legality. Would not recommend.
