I had an issue with my old sauna that was unused for 2 years- the control panel was stuck. Contacted sauna parts on Sunday afternoon and Scott returned the message within hours with a plan how to fix the issue. I had expected the company to sell me a new control board, but was amazed by the technical knowledge and detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot before ordering a replacement. The manufacturer of my infrared sauna went out of business and my power supply failed. I contacted Sauna Parts World and they got back to me right away. After asking a few questions they provided me a quote for replacement parts and advised me that I would have to do some minor modifications to make the unit work. They told me they would be able to take me through each installation step as required - and they sure did! Via a series of text and photos they got me through some wiring modifications and got my unit working like new.
