We purchased our property through Saunders and Lingard. I cannot rate them highly enough. We had many issues with our conveyancers which resulted in a delayed completion but Sue was on the case from the word go. She chased both ours and the vendors lawyers, we were kept in the loop every step of the way and when we eventually had a gap between completing on our sale and our purchase she managed to arrange for us to rent the vacant property that we were buying. Absolute lifesaver. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Thanks Sue.

We recently completed on our house which was on the market with this estate agent. Due to the utter incompetence of the sellers solicitor - this purchase has taken from accepted offer in March 2021 through to completion on the 27th September 2021. This has been a difficult journey, only made possible by the honesty, integrity and good humour from Sue and the team. Sue in particular, enabled and supported a direct relationship with ourselves and the sellers - without which we would have honestly walked away from the sale - due to the appalling performance of the sellers solicitor. We really can't thank Sue and the team enough for their commitment and patience. We would wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent. First class in every respect. Thank you!
