Same - ordered on Sept 26,2025 - emailed me that it be delayed but then i got the feeling and disputed this to my bank but upon investigation thru ( pay pal) there was a tracking number sent to my bank. So bank believed it was a legit transaction- Nothing happened to the dispute payment was processed without any deliveries - whats sad it charged me twice. cannot contact them anymore. I ordered a 5-perfume package. Received the 3-perfume pack. I emailed them and they kept on sending me the automated responses. Its been close to a month now and have not been able to get them to respond to me properly. Complete SCAM!!!!

Absolute scammers, DO NOT buy from Sauvorini!!! I have put in a claim from my bank to get my money back. Bought what I thought was genuine perfume on the 12th September and a few days after they emailed me to say that my order was delayed by 24-48 hrs, this was the last I heard from them. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. The people at the company should be held liable for being absolute scammers!!!

Place an order on the 9th of September. Today is 13th of October and I still have not received anything from them at all. I tried to contact them with no luck.

Ordered perfume many weeks ago and have received nothing not even an explanation. Disgusting.

Advertising 5,100ml bottles iff perfume at a cost if £64 what a con.what you recieve is a box off 3,30ml bottles off fake perfume what can be purchased on eBay at £26

HUGE SCAM!! Had the same problem as everyone else, no delivery, no response on email or social media, same automated messages. I did manage to get their instagram band as far as I can tell but that’s not enough, they need to be taken down. Everyone mass report everything you can find on them they need to be wiped off the internet for their theft

Don’t buy from Savourin, they’re a scam company. I bought perfumes from them, been close to a month, no delivery, no communication

Beware. There is Sauvorini Perfume scams running on all media platforms offering perfume bundles. They are ripping off the actual Sauvorini Brand. I read the review on the actual brand, which is highly recommended. But this one is fake! They will not refund, you will not get your order, and then they block you from being able to see their ongoing ads on platforms so that you cannot comment and warn others!

I ordered a package of 5 cologne, on 9/2/2025, recieved only 3 with FAKE COLOGNE, it tooks forever to get here, when i ordered express for 2-4 days. IT IS A SCAM DON'T get anything here, 🚨🚨🚨

Brought a pack of cologne and never got shipped. I tried to contact the customer support no response.

Says my package would be here 5-7 business days I received an email saying my package would be delayed for an additional 24-48 hrs I send countless emails to the customer service representatives no one responded, I also messaged them on social media with no response as well they’re a big time scam website !!!

Should be no stars but could nt remove the one star.....This site are scam merchants and scammed me out of £216 for discount perfume...they have nt been established for years at all.. they started in 2025..their reply emails are electronically generated..do nt getcaught out like me.
