Amazing Brand & Communication. I’ve ordered a few pieces and will be ordering more. Sava Amsterdam is one of those hidden gems, that when you come across and find, you undoubtedly stick with! With my recent purchase, the lobster claw clasp from one of my clove bracelets stopped working. I reached out to Sava and explained my issue - and they were so kind to replace the entire bracelet, for free after I sent pictures and a video for them to review. Their customer service was super kind and professional. I wasn’t going to share this because unfortunately, some people are careless in general and will try to get something for free … not me. I have way too many things to do than that. But I was truly grateful for their kind gesture with a free replacement worth $72. I highly recommend anyone looking for affordable jewelry and a legit company - to give Sava a try. Every piece is stylish, sexy, and not over the top. Their jewelry really is for any outfit, mood, event. Thank you Sava!

While I have not received my order yet, I will say that my experience with customer service was amazing. There was a Buy 1 Get 1 free promo happening and I forgot to add a 2nd necklace. I immediately emailed and asked could they please include the item to my order. They responded kindly and in a timely manner and added the necklace. I was so relieved as they were a gift for my husband. Can’t wait to receive them!

Great products, great customer service
I recently purchased 2 bracelets from SAVA, and love them both. While ordering, I made an error upon checkout, contacted customer service and they responded quickly and resolved the issue. Very happy to recommend SAVA and I’ll for sure be back for more in the future.

Saw the bad reviews, made same mistake
Like many others I had seen the negative reviews and decided to give them a chance anyway. Over a week since it’s been “dispatched” and no update on my order, no response to my email querying it, no idea when, if ever, it’ll be delivered. Awful awful delivery service.
