Ordered supplements on the 28th March, paid for 1st class signed for delivery. After 3 days I contacted Savage Supplements as to find out why my order had not been shipped. Phil replied and said he had been in an accident and would ship them "tomorrow".

Another 2 days had past and nothing. I emailed requesting a refund and Phil replied with T&C's but nothing had still been shipped. It's now been 10 days and Phil has not replied to my last email.

This has been the worst experience of buying supplements and I really hope that I have not been ripped off, but if that is the case then I will pursue this further!

I hope you reach out to resolve this immediately.

I placed the order on the 28th March (Tuesday) not Friday as you are claiming, I have evidence of the order email. You had 3 working days from my order date.

This is beyond ridiculous and your customer service is terrible. If I do not receive my refund by Monday then I will be contacting Trading Standards.

This is me saying that you have been "in touch" but still no resolution.

Nothing turned up and he didn't reply to my email.
Edit - hey Phil, will email you over the weekend.

Super fast delivery! Ordered on the Wednesday and it arrived on the Saturday. Good customer service as i had a query about which needles to use and they sent me suggested links. Haven't tried the product yet - will report back in a couple of weeks for a product review

Just a scam. Order was done month ago, haven't received anything. Wrote to them, some Phill responded that sorry will fix it. Then that servers were hacked. After that nothing. Wrote again, no response.
