BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! This company will scam you. They seem to spend quite a bit of money on social media advertising so they seem legit but as soon as they have your money everything changes. I agreed on a template and was told I could have a large custom logo and a small one, cool easy enough well you’d think so. I paid extra to have it expedited and well as extra to get 5 proofs. As soon as o got the first proof it was all wrong, ok easy fix I ask for changes that’s $100 boom an invoice in my email. Second proof nothing changed, ask for the change again and poof another invoice in my email for $100. Everytime I was told sorry not part of your package but it’s do-able for extra $$$$ I finally gave up just over $1600 and I asked for a refund because I could now tell this was never going to end and I was getting scammed. I was told I could get a refund but there would be a 40% restocking fee….. For what exactly?? Nothing was produced or shipped there was no product. At that point I terminated communication and I’m disputing the charges as well as reporting them as fraud. Do yourself a favor and deal with a local vinyl shop face to face.
