Scam!
Scam!! Based on the website information, I thought Savana Paris was a French brand. After placing 2 orders, what I received was extremely poor quality clothes shipped directly from China. I am talking SHEIN level of quality here, completely incompatible with the price. I have followed the return policy for one of the orders - which this order was eligible to. Upon receiving the return tag, I sent the product back with the tracked mail, as requested. They have received the return 1 month ago, and I have never heard back from them, despite the many emails and follow ups which they have never responded to. Their return policy stated the refund would be made up to 14 days after the return was received. Now I am left without the money I paid for the product, without the product which was returned to them and without the shipment cost. Stay away from this website!!!
