Only gave 1 star because they don’t allow less. Total scam, they keep sending unwanted orders and charging your card. The price is much higher. Several emails asking them to remove me from the subscription I never agreed to, and then another order is charged. I had to cancel my card to make it stop

If there could be a minus that would be it an absolute scam

SCAM!! place a one time order! they signed me up for subscription. phone # is impossible. no one returns message. email is ridiculous. someone will answer you back offering 30% refund & keep product. I said no, i didn't subscribe. they continue to email offering 40%. still no, i want full refund. i refused package and they are now saying that i will be charge $5 for return fee. I said NO, wasn't my fault. i placed a one time order, not subscription!! they have not responded yet. i went to my bank!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! AVOID THE RIP OFF!!!! and they don't work. the "one time" order i did, i took all 30 gummies in a month, NO COLOR!!!!!

I ordered a one-time introductory pack of gummies for about $70. Buried in their messaging, I noticed vague mention of a subscription. When I tried to cancel, the webpage didn’t exist. Their only option was email support.

I emailed immediately: “Cancel any subscription.” Instead, they “paused” my account so I could “evaluate the product.” That same day, they charged me again for a second order, this time around $200.

They called it a “glitch,” claimed it was already too late to stop, and offered only a 30% refund while warning me how inconvenient a return would be. They expected me to pay 70% of their error. 

At the time, they advertised a 60-day money-back guarantee. That policy has since disappeared.

Over the next three days, I was effectively locked out of contacting them. My emails bounced back with delivery errors. Meanwhile, they placed a third and fourth order, each around $200.

At that point, I had no choice but to involve my bank and issue stop payments.

In under two weeks, they fradulently charged me $600. I have received nothing except the initial order.

There is no clear disclosure that this is a subscription service. Every help link routes back to the same unresponsive email.

This is not just bad customer service. It is predatory. Be cautious with social media ads and any company that makes cancellation difficult or impossible.

I ordered these tanning gummies as a one off , paying £42 as a trial in March. I have received absolutely nothing from these scammers. They have also had the audacity to take 3 payments from my credit card each for £90.84. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. This is a total scam . I am horrified these people are allowed to do this in the UK.

I have left 1 star because I didn’t have an option to leave 0! Do not buy from this company they are a scam! They will take money out of your account every couple of weeks then try every week! I had to contact my bank! Please do not trust this company and you’ll save yourself a headache!

If i could I'd give no stars . Waited 4 weeks for order, supposed to be 6 bags tan gummies, only got 3 , did get free gift though. They also tried to charge me for another order the following week , which I never placed, luckily my bank noticed and contacted me. So was able to stop the payment but had to cancel my c.card. ,Bank tells me they have a lot of people with the same problem that's why it flagged up as suspicious. PLease don't touch this company it's a SCAM,

Absolutely the biggest scam co. Statements are true they do charge you within days of each other, I didn't agree to a subscription. Dispute everything that comes your way with your CC company

Absolute rip off. This is garbage. They ship you more than you ask for, they even accept that this was their mistake, and yet say they will not refund you the full amount. This is fraud! Stealing! CRAP! The product is CRAP as well.

RIP OFF! THEY CHARGE FOR THINGS YOU DON'T ORDER. SIGN YOU UP FOR SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!

If I could give no stars I would! AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company take multiple payments of £76.94 out of your account within days of each transaction and will not refund it - all they want to do is 'pause' the subscription!

Absolutely don't buy from them!!!! They'll take forever sending the first order then before you know it they keep taking money from your bank account literally days apart (£90 each time!). Total scam. If you've already ordered and paid for one lot then call your bank immediately to block any further charges. The gummies don't even work. Unfortunately not possible to give them zero stars which is what they deserve.

Di not order ftom here. I did not sign up for subscription only ordered one time. Continued to charge me. When I tried to cancel subscription the page had an error message could not cancel. Will be going through the bank to do. Terrible customer service and site. They have so far ignorrred 5 emails from me trying to cancel.

Appalling company, help themselves to your bank account and send unwanted goods, avoid like the plague

They charge you a subscription rate every two weeks. They continue to take the charges out even after they have told you it was cancelled. They refuse to refund any amount and to top it off the gummies don't even work. SCAM!!!

They stole from me! Charged me “subscription amount”. Never knew it was a subscription says NOTHING about this. Then, charged twice two weeks later just for more orders after telling me they canceled my account. These weren’t even monthly orders…it was literally just stealing my money!!’ I want to do something about this! They said they could give me 30 percent refund and they assured me me my subscription is canceled now. I said this is not subscription purchases. This is you stealing my credit card and increasing your profit for you! That’s fraud and stealing!!!!

Yet another parcel today after I was assured there wouldn't be any more and everything was cancelled.I actually found out how to unsubscribe ,yet parcel no.4 arrived that's OK because they won't get paid for them
