Dropshipping and returns to china
Within 20 minutes of my order, I found out that they are dropshipping, because I later came across the dresses I ordered from Savaya for more than half the price on Shein. There was no way to cancel the order because it was already in processing. So I wanted to return the order, but this could only be done to their warehouse in China, which means customs fees and everything are your responsibility. That you have to send it to China is nowhere mentioned in the return policy or in the terms and conditions. As a Dutch webshop you are obliged to offer a local return address and you are also obliged to mention in the terms and conditions that you have to return to china if you don't offer a local option. I suggested twice to send it at my own expense to an address in the Netherlands, but they did not agree. I called in a third party because I want my full money back.
