As follower of Andrea on social media, I was curious to try Saveone and was impressed by the variety of of options avaliable and how easy their mobile app was, and delivery time was quick. I am planning to visit the store in person next time I am in Italy.

My favourite artesian clothes store. Even if I live abroad, I always buy my clothes from Saveone. The Italian taste is amazing, the quality is top and the style is outstanding.

Quality OK, prices low (bought from outlet) delivery could be faster

Awful experience, ordered the trousers online and was told that shipping will take 2 working days which I thought was a bit odd as it was coming internationally but they assured me it would be there in 48 hours which then subsequently took more than a week to come. I also tried to cancel this order before it was shipped and they said that I would still have to pay shipping even though it was being held at customs in Italy. Next problem is the trousers I ordered were extremely tight around the calves and thighs which was strange considering I don’t have particularly big legs also the material is cheap and awful. Went to return the package but got an email which they I had to cover all expenses sending it back and also they called me the wrong name in the email. No apologies or asking why I’m returning the product. Avoid this place

Worst service ever. App not working. No chance to create an account to create a return.

Item shipped with 3 weeks delay due to supply issues. Good quality products but customer service must seriously be improved.

I've made an order on August 8th for 3 vest chains supposedly to come within 6 days (with quite expensive courier fees of 35 euros from Italy to Greece just for a simple postage envelope that could fit the 3 chains).

I haven't received anything as of 19th August, not even a track number and I've sent 3 total emails on which nobody has even replied to me.

I just lost the money as it seems as my bank can't even figure them out and they're not releasing my dispute for a chargeback unfortunately.

Serious waste.
