Got 2 new tyres today and it was a great customer experience

These guys in Swindon are spot on! Great customer service from start to finish, I needed a mobile service and initially spoke to Warren who provided me a quote for a repair if it was possible and also a like for like replacement tyre cost. I was called the day before to confirm the time they would arrive. Mark arrived on time and called me to say he was at the car. He was extremely polite and professional and informed me the tyre could be repaired. Job done quickly and efficiently.
Would highly recommend them!

Second time I have used this company, first using their mobile service and second at the unit in Cheney Manor. Excellent service on both occasions. Prompt with mobile service and great at the unit. Only slight criticism is that they need bigger and better location due to their obvious success! However would not hesitate to recommend them!

Careful about the cheaper tyres as they'll palm you off with snow tyres with very high road noise and soft rubber that'll probably not last a year.

I had the unfortunate luck of having a screw in my back tyre. It was Saturday early evening and i knew the tyre places would be closed Sunday. I ordered online 2 new tyres to be mobile fitted as i was unable to drive my car. They had space for Monday Afternoon. At 1.30 i called to check. If they had received my order, which they confirmed And advised he would be round in about an hour.
The driver turned up, Jamie, he called me to let me know he was by my car, and found the issue (the screw) and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and helpful. My partner went out there to talk as i had to go into a work meeting. He was very friendly and extremely helpful, even helping with our other vehicle and repaired 2 nails found in our other car. Jamie is a credit to Save on Tyres. I for one will not use anyone else. Has even impressed my partner who was impressed with his work ethic and never made them feel like they were a pain, he took his time with the extra work he helpfully offered to fix.

Don’t use anyone else! You would be nuts to go anywhere else.

I was so delighted by the tyre service given to me, I returned with a tyre pressure sensor issue. Checks done, resets done, fifteen minutes later I am back on the road Brilliant

No knowledge of the tyres they sell. Cheap, medium or expensive are your choices.
Vehicle only put on jacks so easy to fall off and damage radiators, suspension etc

Had H out today to replace all four tyres on my van as always very professional very efficient save on tyres would be lost without him .

Fantastic service, Warren rang me back to say he checked and someone in my area, sent him along to look and within an hour new tyre on, and the price was the best I had been quoted that day by far. Fabulous service!

Came out to my home to look at a tyre. I was given a price for fixing (if it could be saved) and a price for replacement beforehand so I knew where I stood.

Fitter was polite, showed me what the problem was and inflated all other tyres/rebalanced.

Also came out within 24 hours of the initial phone call.

Amazing stuff, highly recommend!

Great experience, I’ve got from here before but this time had to get them to come to my work. Guy (mark I think) was lovely! Quick and easy!
