I had heard about this company, and I wanted to buy someting good quality and British made. Fortunately, I was not in the least disappointed. Good quality and sturdy. I really liked the 'follow up' on how to take care of the knife and keep it sharp.....(apparently, I've been doing it wrong for 50 years!)

What a fantastic set of knives I've just received, they are just amazing and a work of art, I absolutely love them.

They feel like they are great quality knives and in my opinion worth every penny.

This was my second order .These are incredible knives.

Decided to push the boat out as my home cooking was outgrowing my random selection of knives at home and invest in a handcrafted UK-made product. I've been using the chef's knife for several weeks now and it really is a massive step up from anything I've owned or even used before - light, yet perfectly balanced and a good sharpness that's easy to retain to date. I doubt this will be my last purchase if the knife stands the test of time!

Savanake were amazing at working to a tight deadline to help us get a wedding present turned around in time. They went above and beyond to help. The knife was custom made and beautiful! We got the personalised engraving which added a great personal touch to it. Thank you for your help!

Fantastic quality of materials and fantastic workmanship

The team at Savernake worked through the design and options and looked at other woods not listed on the Web page ending up with an awesome Mango wood for the handles. Superb.

I waited patiently for my bespoke knife to arrive and when it did my expectations were blown out of the water!! The most beautiful object in my home.. that includes the child/ dog/ very expensive sofa and my husbands car!! the craftmanship is exceptional and the balance is outstanding. Savernake Knives customer service was also incredible, they kept me up to date throughout the whole process, i genuinely couldn't be happier... I'm off to finely chop anything that stays still long enough!!

Lovely knife, but then I'm a bit of a knife collector, with more knives than I have pants and socks. Literally. Good Coronation discount as well which was too good to pass up. Delivery time was a bit long, but I wasn't sitting around waiting on the knife, so not a problem.
