This company scams people for a living. Plesse read the many reviews posted on the web before purchasing anything from this fraudulent company. I made the mistake of ordering outdoor dining sets from Savinglots, and never received them after being promised numerous times over many weeks they were on the way! I've turn the matter over to my credit card company and am contemplating contacting the police given the amount of money involved. Save yourself a ton of trouble if you're ready this.

I purchased a new Shimano Reel from Savinglots.com on March 10th. Afterwards, I read reviews and was worried about this purchase. However, I received the reel in 6 days and it was brand new in perfect condition. I received a fantastic reel at far less cost than any other website I had searched for the reel on.

says item in stock, payment taken immediately, never shipped, 3 weeks later, i had to request refund. great scam, get a few thousand people a week to each let you hold 100 or 200 bucks a few weeks and earn interest on it, no need to sell anything, just make interest on other people's money

I was a little concerned because of some of the bad reviews, but the price was too good ($60 or about 20% less than Amazon or any other). I ordered on Sunday and product arrived Tuesday. It happened that the shipper was only about 1.5-hours away, so just lucky on time. I was also notified by email as soon as UPS had a tracking number for my order.

The ecommerce drop-shipping world is tough and competitive, and things happen frequently outside of the retailer's control. From this first experience, though, I know I'll give SavingLots another shot.

Ordered a Vocopro Champion REC 6 and it shipped quickly and it is great. The price seemed too good to be true but fortunately the item was brand new and perfect. I would order from them anytime.

1. Have researched at least 8 of their products only to find out that this company is basically a dropship place. They even admitted it on the phone when asking about stock that they normally do not stock the items. In fact, the guy told me to hold while he called the manufacturer to see if they even had it in stock.

2. They did answer the phone quickly, that's a plus.

Wow, where to start. This company has been absolutely awful to deal with. Ordered merchandise on 6/27. My write.html/ was charged for the merchandise on 6/28. We followed up numerous occasions and finally received merchandise on 7/15. Immediately opened box and tried to install. However, merchandise was damaged. Within 30 minutes of delivery on 7/15/2010, I contacted customer service to let them know the merchandise was damaged. Then began the headache of getting the merchandise returned. They wanted pictures of the box and we got the runaround about whether or not they would take the merchandise back. I finally disputed the charge on write.html/ card on 7/23. Savinglots.com finally contacted me on 7/25 to say the merchandise would be picked up between 11 am-3pm 7/28. They never showed up because they "couldn't find our house" (we had to call them to find out why the never came). Interestingly enough, they didn't have any trouble finding our house when they had the merchandise to deliver (although maybe that was why it took them so long to deliver the merchandise to begin with). They finally picked up the machine yesterday (7/29) although they were again later than they said they would be. Good riddance. Glad the experience is over and I will NEVER EVER buy from savinglots.com again.

I was skeptical about ordering because of the lack of information I found on this company, plus they offered a far lower price than all competition. Took a chance and glad I did. Bought a Sharp MIcrowave Drawer 24" stainless steel 1.2 cf. Got a great deal plus manufacturer rebate as well. Highly recommend this company, I had no problems whatsoever.

The unit I wanted was back ordered so I registered my E-mail address for notification when the unit was in stock. I received an E-mail last Friday afternoon and I called and spoke to Mark on Monday morning. He instructed me on how to place the order as I am Canadian and I wanted the unit shipped to a US business address where I would be visiting the next week. I place the order that day and the unit was received in Boston the next morning. I bought the unit for $249 and it was selling at many other discount sites for $399. This was a great transaction and based on this I endorse these guys 100%.
