Terrible customer service - be very wary before you use them.

I bought an item on special offer, not realising I was also subscribing to their membership. As soon as I realised, I blocked all payments and cancelled the subscription. I emailed them asking for a refund of payments already made, and after days of haggling they agreed to only partially refund payments made. They claimed the subscription offer was plain to see and instructions online easy to follow, but I didn't find this to be the case. I would advise not to use this online company, or at least be very very wary and careful before you place any order.
