It was wonderful

I clicked on a YouTube advertisement that claimed drivers could get full coverage auto insurance for around $49–$59 per month and save over $2,000. The ad specifically showed what appeared to be an active insurance card, a "Get Insured" button, and a completed quote for a newer vehicle. It strongly suggested that this was a real, obtainable offer.

My actual experience was completely different.

At no point was I shown the same interface displayed in the advertisement. I never received the advertised $49–$59 full coverage offer, the insurance card shown in the video, or the claimed incentives and savings. Instead, I was redirected into the typical insurance quote process and connected with insurance providers and agencies that many consumers are already familiar with.

The main reason for my negative review is not that I failed to qualify for a specific rate. It is that the advertisement created an expectation that was very different from the experience I actually received. The marketing materials showed specific prices, specific savings amounts, and a direct path to coverage that never appeared during the process.

I believe the company should make its advertising more transparent and accurately represent what consumers can realistically expect when they click the ad. If the advertised rates only apply to very specific situations, that should be clearly disclosed upfront rather than being presented as a simple "2-minute trick" that dramatically reduces insurance costs.

Based on my experience, the advertisement felt misleading and did not match the service I was ultimately provided.

The repent that help me was very helpful and understanding and was very good that I called him with any questions and was very happy that I stayed with him though the whole process with getting me started with a new policy

It was pretty good, straightforward, courteous

I am amazed at how easy if was for Manuel to save us over $2500/year, for our home and automobile coverage.
