Yes I was looking for insurance. Called and got transferred to Richard. Richard talked to me yesterday for awhile and I told him I would call back today but only if I could talk to home. He gave me a li k to get I touch with him. He said it would be 10 my time. Of course he kept his word I text he called and we picked up where we left off. He was very helpful, polite and had some funny stories. He knows how to treat customers and he made my experience very clear.. Thank you Richard

The experience and process was excellent today. The auto insurance quote met my coverage requirements and budgetary requirements. I was also covered with new policies for renters and extended auto service policy. The agent Nick was very thorough and helpful to make the transition.
