Very poor service.

I've used this company many times in the past without problem but lately they've certainly gone downhill. I decided to order personalised pens from one of the growing list of products. Big mistake, only a fifth of my order appeared. I was producing these for a new customer of mine who I was attempting to impress!! They were needed for an event whish was today. Okay mistakes happen but surely the resolution should have been swift. I let Saxo know of the issue immediately when the delivery arrived and I was informed the problem would be looked in to and they'd come back to me.... so here I am four days later with no pens and I've let a new customer down. I was told that it was 'company policy' that the fault must be properly looked in to before action to resolve it is taken.
I argued that this may me correct in the case of a printing fault perhaps, but this was different as more needed to be printed - simple!
Whatever the outcome of their investigation was the solution was still going to be the same .. print more! Needless to say I wont be using these again and shall be going out of my way to persuading other companies to follow suit. Please don't bother to contact me Saxo offering me free prints to remove this review. Seen it all before.

This company is a complete joke and…

This company is a complete joke and full of deceipt
Paid extra for fast turnaround, according to their web site the job has not even been started on the day it was supposed to be delivered, their customer service dept confirmed this too

However they will not refund me any money when I try and cancel it

CCJ being applied for now, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A CON!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY
This is the 9th day in a row they have sent the image back for a £23 flyer order because the DPI is not correct, the launch of my 'not for profit ' business had no marketing material to give to people

I don't normally post reviews but I thought I would warn other individuals/businesses about this company. My whole experience was terrible and even though I payed for a premium delivery service, the order was delivered 5 days after the promised date. The staff palmed me off with different stories - some saying the brochures had been collected, some saying they missed the courier, some saying that it was still in production. They refused to call me back despite the order being so late. They put the wrong address on the boxes by putting a combination of the billing/shipping addresses so the couriers couldn't deliver. They refused to upgrade my delivery even though I had confirmation from TNT that it was possible and available at no extra cost. The brochure that I ordered were needed for one of our biggest tradeshows and due to it being so late we missed the first 2 busiest days. I should have never put my trust in this company as I was lied to over and over again throughout the whole process. If you are a company and need some printing done urgently I would recommend anyone else but Saxoprint

Customer Service? DEFINITELY NOT!

After 8 years of problem free service from Saxoprint, for our insignificant orders for an amateur dramatics society, I have just had the most arrogant customer service responses from Saxoprint and will never use their services again. Admittedly it was my error that caused the original problem, but I after I corrected that, we could have happily proceeded with our £25 order. But no, Saxoprint proceeded to put up every technical requirement in their T &C's, causing delay after delay. I am not a professional and I do a voluntary job which requires a very mediocre outcome..just needing to be good enough, not perfect. But that was irrelevant to Saxoprint and their arrogance in the way they handled this has been breathtaking. I have cancelled the order and have not received a refund or any attempt to make amends from them.
They finish every email with "We are happy to assist you with any query you may have. Just contact us on 0808 23 44 752 . "

Smudged Prints

Ordered 5000 prints that came through on time as always. Came accross a batch of the prints that were smudged with blue ink. Because this was 14 days after receiving them, my complaint was not considered a complaint. It takes a while for us to use all of the prints so we only noticed when it was time to open the boxes in question. Approx 1/3 of the prints were affected. Poor resolution offered as they have simply dismissed liablilty by hiding behind a 14 day T&C. If unresolved I will be using a different provider moving forward.

Poor customer service & inconsistent print

I have used Saxoprint for 6 print jobs & had been really happy.
My last job was a repeat using same artwork. The colour was terrible & looked completely different from the previous job.
I sent an email to complain & was offered a discount. I sent hard copies to the head office but still was not offered a reprint.
I find this unacceptable & would not treat my customers this way.
