Excellent product presented in a swish box, securely packaged and delivery time 3 days from placing my order ( including engraving), very pleased and highly recommend.

I wanted to buy my niece a charm for her new bracelet but struggled to find ANY on the high street or even online until I came across the Sayers website. Fantastic collection of charms in a range of prices. It was easy to order and it arrived the next day. Perfect! Given that I'll be wanting more charms for my niece's birthdays & xmas, I'll be returning to Sayers in the future.

The product itself was beautiful and exactly what i was looking for. However two transactions were taken out of my account an I was told one was only a temporary hold and that it should go back into my account in 48 hours as they had not received two payments. Unfortunately I never got the payment back even though they claimed they never got it, someone out there scored a free £60

Fantastic company. I have bought approximately 15 clip on gold charms and I've been very happy with every one. My particular favourite is the engraved heart, I've bought 2 of them. You can have up to 15 letters on each side in a font of your choice and they look amazing. I will be buying again very soon and can 100% recommend them as a professional and trustworthy company.

I have recently placed 2 orders. A lovely silver locket & a pair of Amber earings. The locket arrived promptly exactly as described. The earrings were initially out of stock when I looked but website offered option of being informed when available. I received an email to advise they were now in stock & they also arrived promptly. I'm sure I will be using them again in the future as they provide a very efficient service & great value products.

I purchased different types of Lapis Lazuli/silver cufflinks a few times on-line (beautifully gift wrapped by Sayers). All receivers very much appreciated the gifts. Apart from making excellent gifts I think they are very good value for money and the all round service given by Sayers was excellent.

I purchased a sterling silver tie tack as a Christmas present and was pleasantly surprised by the heavier than expected weight of the item for the price and it was properly hallmarked. Delivery was quick. I purchased more solid silver jewelry for Christmas presents and they were all of a very decent weight and fully hallmarked.

What a great company, ordered and received engraved pendant with 48hrs of placing order. Not only that but they had taken the time and effort to write a hand written note thanking me for the order and wishing me a Happy Christmas.
