Poor communication and customer service at “Sayheygifting”.
I have been asked to review my experience having not received my item. I can wholeheartedly say that I will not be using “Sayheygifting” again. Their customer service and information is extremely poor with vague emails, not providing full tracking numbers or order updates? There is no where to track your parcel on their website which is unusual. Hugely disappointed with this company having not received my item after placing the order eight days ago. It was also part of a birthday gift which also makes it more disappointing.
This company need to improve on their customer service communication and provide up to date information on orders. Customers should also be able to search for their item on the website and not be left in the wind with no update.
