Say I Do made planning a wedding easy and stress free. I am not super tech savy when it comes to creating a wedding website so when I found Say I Do I couldnt believe how easy it really was. I loved all the variations and themes so we could match it to our wedding seamlessly. Creating a guest list was fun and it really took the pressure off us as it was so efficient and there was no chasing anyone for anything as it was all done in the one place. Couldnt recommend them enough

A great service from the minute I enquired. It actually seemed they had people working around the clock as they were always so quick to respond when I needed assistance. I’m not great with tech and Say I Do made it all so simple!

A good space for individual and…
A good space for individual and personalised designs, more eclectic than most other free platforms. Easily customisable with text.
Only issue I’ve had is that although it should ‘update live’ with your edits, guests have not always seen updates unless using a new browser and closing down the old tab, which is impossible to manage. So we haven’t been able to rely on it to make multiple changes and act as an ongoing communication source. For a final uneditable site, it’s good.

Amazing website
Say I Do website was very easy to use from the start, from it’s amazing checklist, to the seating platform, even the save the date and invitations, all our guests received all the needed information. We even adjusted the website to our colors and interests, I reached out to their support team via chat and the response was fast and answered the questions I had. Amazing experience, thank you.

Say I Do made wedding planning so much easier and stress free. Such a good and easy way to send out wedding invitations. Only suggestion would be to have an option to send invitations via social media e.g., messenger. But still a great experience.

Using Sayi.do was the best decision
Using Sayi.do was the best decision, it was so easy to use, and I got so many compliments on it. I love that you can add accommodation for out of town guests, I know a few used it. It made my rsvp-ing admin a lot easier too! Highly recommend!

The program was hard to follow
The program was hard to follow, hard to track. No dietary requirements asked of guests when RSVPing, but there was a column for it. Didn't take guests to the wedding page for other information so lots of people had no idea about our extra offerings like the accomodation and the lunch the next day. Didn't end up using it much.

So glad I came across this company. It made making our wedding invitations so easy and look fantastic. So simple to set up, with great ideas of things to add that I never would have thought of adding myself, such as 'our love story'. The designs are really pretty and it all looks so professional. I highly recommend using this site.

Say I Do made planning our wedding such a stress-free and enjoyable experience! The design features were so easy to use, and there was a wide variety of beautiful options to choose from to match our style perfectly. I especially loved the built-in timeline tracker it helped us stay organized and on top of every detail, showing exactly what needed to be done and when.
The RSVP tracker was incredibly simple and efficient, making communication with guests so much easier. Our friends and family also found the site user-friendly and loved how everything was clearly laid out.

Say I do simplified both the…
Say I do simplified both the communication with our guests and planning our wedding. This was key as we had guests who lived locally, interstate and overseas. The ability to review communication before it was sent was particularly helpful so we could identify errors before sending to our guests.
I'd recommend the Say I Do team invest in further development of the site to improve the UX and CX. From my experience I'd recommend the team look at the following:
1. Investigate how the communication can avoid being seen as junk or phishing by guests by working through an option to send comms to guests from your own mobile and email address so guests treat as trusted comms when it comms through we had to make follow up calls to guests after the initial invites were sent as they simply didn't trust the comms
2. Provide more contemporary designs in the suite of options. The font selections are also difficult to read for those guests with accessibility issues
3. Whilst I was able to repurpose some of the website sections to cover seating plan and menu details these should be covered

Your feedback about the design and readability is well noted. We do have a variety of modern and accessible designs available, and we're continually adding new options based on user feedback.
We're glad you were able to adapt some of the website sections to include seating plans and menu details. We do have dedicated sections for you to be able to include these on your website.
