Purchased a IDM lifetime license key but after activation i came to know that license is valid only for 1 year so contacted support also for resolution or full refund, i have provided all the details which they have asked even though it's their mistake they didn't help to resolve that issue, & they deny to give full refund / to give lifetime license key. Now i have 1 year license key which is just waste for me
