Sayve is a Danish Scamming website that automatically signs up buyers for a monthly subscription of 129 SEK by sneaking in an agreement when ordering. In other words, the customer ends up paying 5x more for an item without even noticing.

Stay away from Sayve.se - they're charlatans

This is a scam or a fraud. They will take 129kr from you every month like a subscription without you knowing. Its is called "Smurfing" and they hope you do not discover this small amount drawn from you account in eternity. We must all stop this company!

They say this in fine print, and charge your credit card with no monthly invoice.

First time I was ever tricked to a subscription of any kind. Took me 3 months before I noticed they withdrew money. Fully legal of course, but highly unethical.

You will pay the membership fee after you make your first order automatically. The membership fee is well hidden on their website.

Also when they charge you for membership they do not notify you at all.

Long Description:

I have ordered a product from sayve.se which costs 96,85KR including shipping. A month later I was surprised to see a charge of 129kr on my bank account from the same website as membership fee. I went back to the website and I found that they wrote in fine prints in terms and conditions that once you order the first month of membership will be 0 then you will be charged 129kr.
The membership fee is always hidden on their website. Either you have to click an info button (i) which shows a popup describing the membership or you have to read the Terms and Conditions on the checkout page(of course you have to click a link that redirects you to another page). When they charge you for membership they do not notify you at all, they deduct the money from your bank silently.

I have contacted customer support in order to cancel my membership and get my refund but customer support only canceled my membership and refused to refund me the membership charge.

As a summary, the way how the website is very sneaky and deceiving.

Shame on you for cheating your customers !!! The worst shopping website ever. I became a member without even knowing. Never got an email confirming or explaining that I will become a member automatically after buying something and more than this i did not receive the package i order

scam, hidden membership payment

I ordered some padel balls once.... and do not remember signing up for a monthly membership! took a closer look to my bank account to see the small amounts debited every month. Very sneaky.

Be very careful when ordering from this site. I ordered a perfume and triggered a paid membershio plan. The plan could be terminated after purchase, which I did. Several months later my charge card was hit with a charge for more than twice the cost of the product I had purchased. I called my bank and terminated my card, pressed criminal charges with the police—and contacted Sayve’s customer service who insisted my ’membership’ waa never terminated and insisted on keeping my money. They did offer to terminate my membership, which of course was ridiculous in it’s brazen fraudulence as I wasn’t a member per my previous actions of terminating membership upon my original purchase.

If the company isn’t in dire financial straits—or doesn’t have as their core business model the goal to scam customers with intentionally obscure membership and termination procedures—they would have refunded the money they scraped from my card yesterday.

So buyer be hyper-aware...and press criminal charges of fraud if this has happened to you. I can also assist in coordinating further consumer-interest actions if contacted.
