Delivery process very good and products are very good

Have used SBC for over 15 years via SBC & QVC. Excellent products fuss free but very effective, straight forward packaging (money spent on ingredients not packing). Excellent Black Friday offer and as always very efficient delivery.

I used the smoothing shampoo and conditioner. Wow! I've spent hundreds trying all sorts of brands and routines. Just with one use of this shampoo and conditioner, my hair is transformed. I am so happy, I could cry. My hair had gone really dry, especially a patch at the back, underneath. It was like straw. This is all since going through menopause. SBC has saved my hair. I am so happy I could cry (happy tears)

A poor experience really. Having to call, wait then email to sort out a delivery problem.

For me personally SBC has the most effective products and they really do work.. basically they do what they say on the tin, generous sizes at affordable prices and the quality of the ingredients are second to none.. this is a brand that I trust and this is why I use them time and time again 🥰
