I have a small business company account…

I have a small business company account with sbi Harrow Branch. I wrote them a letter to change our address and they sent me 12-page long form to complete. This was completed and sent to them and then they sent me another 15-page. document to complete. When I told them that the new form is literally a copy of the forms I have completed they would not listen and asked all directors to sign and send with a proof of identity.

I told them they already have proof of identity but ey would not listen. This is very frustrating and waste of time. The bank lives in a dark age and has no concern for customer care.

I would advise people only to go to such business as a last resort
