I had a tyre gashed by the curb very close to home that very quickly went completely flat. This was at 6pm, and I needed it fixed urgently. I saw SBL as an option on the RAC site for mobile tyre replacement, but the RAC site only gave me the option to book two days out, so I called the mobile no on the SBL web site directly. They had the specific Bridgestone tyre for my EV in stock, and they came out 3 hours later the same night. They were fully upfront about the cost which was comparable to what I paid to have another tyre replaced by my VW dealer. The replacement was very quick, professional and hassle-free, so I am very happy to recommend SBL here.

We came across SBL Mobile Tyres via RAC and we could not be happier with the service. The valve on our tyre broke and they offered to come out the same day or the next day . We opted for the next day service and a lovely chap called Tommy came. He was just so delightful to deal with. So polite and friendly yet professional . He very quickly got us sorted. I highly recommend this company especially Tommy who is a great ambassador for SBL.

Brilliant service. Was a bit blindsided this morning when I drove off to realise I had a total flat and had to pull over. My RAC didn’t cover as I was less than a mile from home. These guys sorted it out for me in super quick time. A friendly and highly efficient service at a very reasonable price.

Honestly these folks are the pinnacle of customer service. Since COVID I like many others have become bereft at the lack of customer service. Not these guys. Superb. Thanks all.

Explained the process and rang when 10 minutes away from me.

The fitter had no easy task removing my locking wheel bolts due to the fact that I had lost the key. The fitter persisted even when his blistered hand started to bleed.
Thanks again for being prompt and getting me out of trouble.

The front offside tyre was damaged due to striking a traffic island kerb and our was was transported to our home address by the breakdown company. As the car is not fitted with a spare wheel we contacted SBL who informed us that the replacement tyre was not a standard stock tyre and they they would order one and attend our home at about 5pm to fit the tyre, Dan arrived at 4 pm and fitted the tyre at the price quoted by the company which was very reasonable and less than we had expected for a home callout. Excellent service and we would recommend SBL for use in an emergency or at home tyre repair

The original order was made through ASDA Tyres and the mobile fitting was done through SBLmobile tyres. on the day of the fitting i contacted SBL , but for some reason they did not receive their booking from ASDA , after a few moments they said they would come in 20 mins to me , as they had the tyre with them , they arrived on time , and the fitter Aaron was amazing and courteous . I was thankful for their swift actions andhave added their number and details to our companies trusted suppliers.

We had two tires punctured while the car was parked in our drive ten days ago I booked a time online with sblmobiletyres.co.uk and specified the tires I wanted and the time to come. Aaron came punctually in an SBL Mobile Tires van with his equipment and the correct new tires which he quickly put on. He was courteous and professional and I paid by card after the job was completed and I got a receipt by text. I would have given five stars but for the fact that when I sent the receipt to the insurance company they said they couldn't pay unless the car registration and my name were included on the receipt. I phone the company to ask for this but to date have not received a more detailed receipt.

Sold us a tyre with a puncture, to repair our flat tyre.

So after a few dates, we have to do to a reputable tyre place and pay for another tyre.

Waste of time and £100
