Paid for t-shirts. Didn't get the t-shirts. Useless communication.
Pretty simple.
Went to MasterCard in the end. They refunded me. So glad I paid on credit card. Wish I had read the reviews of this shambles of a retailer.
If you are reading the reviews, I would steer clear.

I bought a tracksuit for my son and I never received it. I tried to contact them many times but I had only one lame response and they were supposed to investigate. After weeks and weeks of waiting I have decided to contact the back and get a refund. Turned out to be a really bad experience considering that it was a Christmas present.

Took 4 weeks to dispatch, slow to respond and when the item arrived, it didn't look like the one I ordered! Disappointing as I wanted to support the righter by buying merchandise. They were so slow I didn't bother complaining

Received emails to say complete order was sent when it arrived 4 items missing had to chase after those to then be sent two old stock tshirts where print was removed and new print placed in other place whist still seeing old print…..only squad stuff is through this retailer i would never purchase from again 2nd year of hassle & problems

Awful!!! No product has been sent although took money! No communication, the bloke is a complete knob head .. scam -

Ordered some football shirts. Two weeks later no update on the order so I call, email, fb messenger for an update/refund. All ignored and left on read on fb messenger. Luckily my bank let me retract the payment otherwise I'd have been stuck with no shirts and 90 quid out of pocket.

Fantastic company very helpful clothing brilliant quality

I placed an order for my sons football kit on the 21st November 2022 for a Christmas present. It is now the 20th April 2023 and I have still not received my order! There is no way of accessing customer support or email address to contact the company and track my order! Extremely dissatisfied and will not be using this company in the future.

Waited months for order. SB kept extending the delivery date even though they had taken payment. Will not purchase again

Delivery of items took far too long ordered, took 6 months too receive the kits.

Dealing with SB Sports was very very difficult, ignored emails and messages when trying to find out where items were.

Blamed everyone else and took no responsibility themselves.

As a club we were still having issues with SB sports with many ppl still not received their items

Extremely long wait for items to arrive. Many months after initial order . Football season well under way before kits arrived . Also the colours were dark brown when supposed to be black. Very poor experience

Purchased a product in August and didn't recieve it until March. Enough said, absolute joke of a company.
