Best customer service ever period! Called them and answer me right away, and werry polite and understanding, the just sent my exhaust and it should be at my door step today 🤩🤩 and i am really happy with their speed and communication. 

They even reply to my email after 1 day waiting!!!

Overall i put sc prosjekt above all others exhaust manufacturers!!

Ordered an exhaust, no confirmation of order ever received, emailed twice them asking for an update, nothing back, however I emailed them directly and they stated they had emailed and turned out the email address was incorrect so they telephoned me and assured me exhaust had been dispatched and is with the courier. Thanks for the call and reassurance first class.

SC Products are amazing. But the Delivery times on their website are false. They claim 2-3 business days international delivery but in reality ship using Economy FedEx, meaning delivery can take up to a week. Keep that in mind.

Amazing built quality and sound, delivered within 1 week.

Take your money then don’t answer emails still no exhaust very unhappy

Order online from the UK. VAT deducted without asking and the exhausts arrived in just one week.
Quality is superb!

Customers are not important for the SC Project company on there webstore they tell you 5 to 20 days delivery time well , now 38 days and still nothing , ask for information and they tell you nothing because of privacy reasons, Italian arrogance , just go for an other brand exhaust and leave SC project to the left side.

First they said that they will deliver in 3-4 Weeks.
After 6 Weeks I asked again and now they tell me that they dont even know when the exhaust will be ready to deliver.
How did they even get so succesful with that customer service ??

It’s been 11 weeks since I’ve ordered my exhaust and not one person is able to give me a ETA on when it will arrive. The customer service from sc project Italy is absolutely terrible. They don’t even give their suppliers any useful updates.

Although they indicated on their website that they would send the package within 15 days, they failed to fulfill this commitment. When I inquired about the package's whereabouts, they attributed the delay to a shortage of materials. However, they never mentioned this issue to me during our earlier conversations, and only did so after the 15-day deadline had already passed. Their conduct is highly misleading and unprofessional.

I tentatively ordered on line an SC Project SC1-R in Titanium for my new KTM Super Duke R direct from the factory in Italy, this was after being put off by the suggested cost and wait for delivery by the uk supplier.
It worked out to be about £100 cheaper which also meant it then was under the imported tax threshold for HMRC. I received an email instantly thanking me for my order,also telling me they would let me know when it was being dispatched. I had another one an hour later saying it had been. This was followed up by another email from FedEx saying they had collected my parcel and giving me a tracking number with an expected date of delivery. This was to be a week after I placed my order, not the 4 to 6 weeks I was lead to believe by the uk supplier. I then had regular updates from FedEx.
The exhaust arrived in only 6 days. The packaging was excellent as was the quality of the exhaust. Just waiting to collect my new bike with it already being fitted by the dealer on March the first. I’ve watched all the You Tube videos, so I know what to expect.
First class service from SC Projects in Italy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.👍

The product is very nice and fitted perfectly. The shipping was very fast (5 days). So probably the other costumers complains must be for US shipping because shipped very fast to Europe (Greece).

7 weeks and still waiting for my order, details about delivery are vague and response to email queries has been minimal.....could have ordered an Akropovic and had it delivered in 7-10 days...

Lies about waiting times. After 3 months still no exhaust with listed waiting times of 2 weeks. The delivery date was pushed back from week to week. However, this was only communicated to me by my weekly inquiries. I would not buy here again.

Orderd sc project for my mt09 2019 on april 14th. 2 months later still got no exhaust. Not happy with the waiting time

Okay so I will get the bad out of the way - delivery can take a lot longer than the 15 days promised on the site, SC project will respond but they aren't good at giving you accurate dates. I waited 7 weeks for delivery.
The exhaust itself is really well made as you would expect and fitted perfectly. I would buy from them again but if you aren't prepared to wait I would go elsewhere.
This was during Covid 19 so may improve in future.

It did arrive late but it is COVID dude, people are on ventilators and worse, productions get delayed etc. The other thing is when ever I enquired abut delivery the guys in WA did get back to me straight away. Let's talk product now: the exhaust is a work of art, if you cannot handle how loud it is - because it is !@#$ing loud I have to say - you can display it in your man cave it is so beautiful. Bike: R1M 2016.

If delivery takes long time, stay calm, they were struggling because the covid lockdown and a lot of orders were on hold.

i waited 2 months for my exhaust, when i wrote the customer service they told me about a time they would send it.

As you guys can guess i installed the exhaust the same day it arrived - IT IS WORTH, for a sound like this i would wait 2 years if necessary!!!!

Ordered an exhaust 3 weeks ago. Got an email it should be ready 7th of August. So I contacted them, got a response telling me it's going to take another 3 weeks. It's only a muffler (which fits more bikes) and a custom link pipe.

So 1th of September, the exhaust arrived. Well packed and with 3 heat resistant stickers. Everything looks very nice, the welds are very very nice. Afterall the wait was long, but in the end when you hear the exhaust, it was all worth it. If you have patience I would recommend to buy SC project. If you want it fast, contact them if the exhaust is in stock.
