Ordered swivel base jacks on a 1-3 day delivery. 6 days later I am still waiting for a confirmation email or order number. Number on website is invalid. Ring the mobile number on social media for the owner Gary and he says it was sent DX on Tuesday but would text me the tracking number. I’m still waiting. Tried to message and call numerous times since then everything is being ignored. Total scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Gary is very knowledgeable and helpful, the gear is good and his prices are great. Been using the base-jacks for underpinning and the PPE is top notch. Would strongly recommend.

Ordered of the site a good few times now. Had a hiccup on the first order but was rectified and compensated by the Scaffs uk team. Every order side has been bang on and even ordered after 4pm and received it next day 5*

Made an order for "their" impact wrench that a lad from the firm saw so thought why not. Pre order dispatch date was mid October by end of October still no update so I emailed I was told "they have been held in customs in china for 10 days" but not to worry. By the 10th of November I emailed asking to cancel my order and get a refund as I didn't need the product anymore just grabbed a new Makita (same price by the time scaffsuk charge £9.99 to deliver) that email was read in the reply (11/11/25) Gary totally ignored my request instead told me the product was arriving the next day on the 12th and would be sent, I replied again to reiterate I wanted a refund and to cancel the order I had no reply yet not long after received an email from the site email saying my order has been dispatched (funny Gary said they weren't arriving until the 12th) left with no choice I emailed again since my querying Gary has offered to refund me but expects me to send my bank info to a personal email instead of just refunding to my payment method all of which I found curious. Gary explained the items were in Chinese customs this time for 4 weeks not 10 days hmmm curious. To summarise I think this company is a bit of a two but outfit that drop ships or just waits for orders then uses your money to buy the product then sends them to you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered some hoodies from Gary , straight forward good communication and delivered in no time my top quality hoodies 10/10 he even got my logo on his mental health hoodies for me 5 star company , thanks again Gary

Orderd from them a month ago today and still haven’t received my items or even received a invoice or tracking details tried ringing the number on the website but it doesn’t work so managed to get hold of someone from Facebook and they told me my order was on the delivery list for last week but still haven’t recieved my items!

Only half the order turned up, no email invoice. Only text notification and the sheeting that I did order wasnt even FR as advertised.
