I like the size of the scarf, although I would like it even better if it were a little wider, more the size of a sarong, say 1.5m wide. I like the weight and feel of the wool too. However, I am really disappointed with how the colours came out. I couldn't find a scarf in the colours I wanted so decided to use one of my own paintings to be printed by you. I specifically wanted the deep and moody indigo blues that were in my painting, but when the scarf arrived, it was so much lighter, and more turquoise. All in all, while the scarf is still lovely, it's not what I wanted. Also, I put in a note with my order asking for you to remove a black line that had appeared at the bottom of my photo that I couldn't remove myself. You didn't, so the scarf has a black line at the bottom. Thankfully it's not too obvious. More communication would have been good too, as I didn't even receive a confirmation of my order so had no idea, although an email was answered fairly promptly. I find the price rather expensive, but perhaps more so because it wasn't what I had hoped for. As an artist I also wanted to see what how my paintings would translate onto scarves, but sadly the price and lack of close colour reproduction mean it wouldn't be a viable product for me.

I couldn't be happier with my experience--the site makes this process incredibly easy and fast, the scarf delivered exactly on time (which concerned me since I knew it was coming from overseas), and it looked BEYOND BEAUTIFUL. This was the perfect gift, and everyone is now asking for more of this same scarf, so we'll be ordering more. I'm so relieved that I found Scafos right when I needed it, and I will be designing more scarves there in the future!

I have placed a couple orders and the scarfs looked great and were well received.

The first order went smoothly, the second order I placed only 2 days after the first one took 3x as long to deliver. Customer service was not very helpful.

Scafos is a fantastic company. They offer the ability to make one of a kind scarves, which has allowed me to offer unique wearable textiles created from digital imagery of my paintings. The scarves have sold like crazy and have added a new dimension to marketing my visual imagery.
I have always gotten a really quick reply to my questions and any tech issues were promptly resolved. I have now ordered over 100 Scafos scarves and each one is a thrill to open and to sell.

Great customer service and very responsive! I did order samples of the fabric but it's still difficult to judge how a large scarf will look/feel until you've made the leap. I would start small.
The most important issue is: send the largest photo file allowed online. I need to figure that out for the next time!
It's also important that I control my painting images. There are other companies out there who can make scarves/kimonos.

I purchased a big cotton/silk scarf hoping to use it as a sarong, but the fabric is too fine and I'm afraid that it would rip with use, so I will use it as a shawl. Great customer service, but I would suggest ordering a sample of the fabric first if you have any doubts.

The product arrived earlier than indicated, beautifully packed. The only reservation was that the silk scarf has small irregularities in the fabric (small pulls). It's a gift so I wish it was perfect.

Colors are positively insipid. They are very pale and don't look anything like the jpegs submitted. The definition between the colors is blurred.
The initial service and delivery of the product was quite nice. The silk/wool material is OK for the price. But the lack of clarity and the paleness of colors make this purchase a disappointing experience.
I was hoping to add scarves to my line, in addition to original art and prints. This product is a no.
