You can use AI to create a custom cover letter. There is nothing wrong in that. But what your team has done is.. even i have provided some content on what should be written in cover letter, your team just ignored it and blindly copy pasted like a robot from another robot. Again i was told that i have to draft a cover letter so that they can modify that accordingly If i'm able to draft the cover letter.. i can do the rest of the work what's the point in paying you people...even though i give draft.. i doubt... they will just copy that and use free ai.. in return that Gemini Free AI gives the same shit cover letter which is not required.. As a human you should also use common sense to check what AI is giving is relatable to job description or not. Account creation is not a big deal okay.. and for filling the data.. we can you simplify which is free service...
There is not difference of Using AI and using Human for 399 plan and below... because.. for you quantity of application is important than quality.. that's the reason... customers who 399 are least cared.

Now the issue seems to have shifted from us being “misleading about AI usage” (which we outrightly reject) to concerns around the quality of our service. I do want to acknowledge the one fundemental point: what we offer is a very personalized and a lengthy service. Every client will have their own requirements in their own complex way(s) and we try to accomdate them reasonably. And irrespective of how much standardization is put in the process, there could always be some kind of friction at times given the nature of the assignment we took. We are not a simple SaaS subscription after all. In your case, we fell short in two areas:
1. We did not meet your expectations
2. The service quality you experienced did not meet our own standards.
For both, we regret the outcome and sincerely apologize. While this happens only with a very small fraction of our customers, we recognize it when it does. This is exactly why we have a pro-rated refund policy in place with the right intentions, as in your case, we never resist honoring it.
However, beginning your review with the sweeping claim that we are “misleading many jobseekers” is not something we can accept. If the issue had been positioned as a matter of service quality, I would have fully acknowledged the gap and apologized for the inconvenience, as I still do here.
Waste of time
I had the worst experience with Scale.jobs. After delegating jobs, I waited over 14 hours and nothing was started no applications, no updates. Nobody replies to message. They focus more on their marketing instead of focusing on their service quality. They will haunt you till you join and once you join , that’s it. This service turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Sorry that you had a less than stellar experience with us. After speaking with the team, I learned that you requested an expedited service, so we arranged your onboarding call within two hours and delivered the resume review as quickly as possible. As part of our standard process, we wait for client feedback on resume review before submitting applications to ensure content accuracy. The jobs you delegated were added at our late night, and our associates were waiting for confirmation before moving forward, which caused the delay.
I understand the frustration with a 14-hour gap, but our FAQs, SOPs clearly state that applications are submitted within 24 hours of delegation, not under 6 hours. That said, we are working on new systems to reduce turnaround times to under 12 hours, though it may take a month or two to fully implement. I also checked on the status of your refund, and it is already on the way.
To be fair and not sound in a holier-than-thou mode, I also want to acknowledge that with the recent surge in demand, our associates have been working overtime and operations have been strained.. Over the past few weeks, I've solely focused on hiring and training new members and doubled our team, now bringing operations back to normalcy. Rest assured :)
