We recommend checking out the API Playground in order to build and test requests that fulfill your requirements. If you do not need to run a high volume of requests, then you can continue using the playground to run real time requests and receive the results there — without the need to use the API programatically.

Worst customer service ever encountered
I tried to cancel two months in a row on their website and neither time did it work. When I tried to contact their customer support I got the most unhelpful person I've ever come across, Gillie. They refused to cancel.my account or refund me even though I hadn't used the service for those two months. Suffice to say, I would not recommend them and Gillie is the reason why I'm taking the time to write such a bad review. If they'd just cancelled and refunded me it would have been fine, but no, they wasted hours of my time arguing about $100. Incredibly stupid.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any attempt to cancel through the product web app (your dashboard) or via a previous ticket with a request to cancel, hence our team declining the request to refund you. We apologize for the inconvenience and remain open to resolving your issue should you have some additional information we are missing.
Lack of support, performance issues
Lack of support. It takes hours to get a response. They are facing performance issues and can't provide any answers about it. Additionally, it takes a long time to fix even small bugs. I am writing here just to get Scale SERP support attention.

The service has gotten worse
For some time now, this service as well as others from the same company have started to have a very deficient support. Where before a bug was reported and corrected within hours, now it takes months to correct them.

Very unstable service. Maybe you should have some self-respect for your lousy service you provide.

Great Experience
Had a problem with a page not showing on the computer and emailed customer service. Within a short period of time, I got a response and the tone was pleasant and professional.
