What amazing customer service

What amazing customer service! Have had a diffuser for about 5 months and we had always thought the unit was quite load. Only recently was I able to measure the noise levels and customer service, specifically James was amazing! Within a few messages we were sorted and now enjoying the aromas around our house!

Absolutely love this product!

Absolutely love this product, only bought one and now I want another for upstairs! The smell is lovely, strong and fills the room. I move it round the house as I clean. People comment on the lovely smell as they enter my house also. I love that it's wireless and no water too. I have it on every day for hours and it's barely used much oil and only been charged once in about a week and a half.

Sorely Disappointed

Bought two Halo diffusers aesthetically look nice but neither emit a mist have tried the various troubleshooting recommendations. One of these was for a christmas present for a friend so glad I didn't give it to them such a shame as the smell of the oils are beautiful

Not worth the money

The item looks good as is the concept. The scents (winter bundle) smell great in the bottle but unless you have this on 24/7 the scent doesn’t last once it switches off.
I was advised that it depended on scent and room size. My living room is 14.5m2 therefore not a huge area

Amazing customer service

I would like to express what amazing customer service I have received this week from James.
I had a small problem but James swiftly resolved it, I called and spoke to him and after a couple of emails which he replied to promptly I am again a very happy customer.
I will be recommending Scandiscents to my family and friends as I personally feel that their customer services and products are amazing.
Well done James and Max and thank you again for such beautiful scents and products, I am pleased I discovered you.

Wonderful product and scents are…

Wonderful product and scents are amazing. House smells unbelievable and the fact they can be moved around the house is also a game changer. I contacted customer service and that experience was a pleasure- quick and very helpful with my query. Would recommend and use again. Keep up the good work

Delighted to receive my Scandiscent

I recieved my Scandiscent really quickly.
A couple of things I wasn't sure about so I called customer service it was an absolute pleasure to speak with James he talked me through everything I needed to know. Excellent customer service.
I love my Scandiscent and the oils I purchased with it. I would definitely recommend this product, it would make a great Christmas gift. 🎄

Scandiscents went above and beyond!

James went above and beyond following a delivery issue. Emails were responded to almost immediately and the resulting service provided was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Fantastic Customer Service

Super fast delivery. Have four of the diffusers in total in various rooms. Had a problem with a couple of the units and after several attempts to try and rectify the problem, they sent out brand new ones which are working as they should be! Fantastic customer service. Fantastic communication and couldn’t find fault in any way shape or form how my issue was handled. Even if I didn’t hear back straight away, I would always have a reply in a day or so. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Will have no hesitation in buying further diffusers and oils from them and totally recommend Scandiscents to anyone

Take 2 days to answer email each time…

Take 2 days to answer email each time from a different person and I have to answer questions repeatedly . Poor communication and problem still not solved . Item does nit work and have gone through everything they tell me repeatedly. Would not recommend

A fantastic product

A fantastic product. I bought one in June and found it better that the water based diffuser I had used in the past. Unfortunately it stopped working but the customer service support was brilliant. I was sent a replacement and now I can continue to enjoy using the Halo Home Diffuser once more. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I’ve loved these products and been a…

I’ve loved these products and been a customer for a few years but the true mark of a company comes when things go working. When they did for me they responded to my email immediately, offered a solution but when that didn’t work they replaced the product. They didn’t leave me waiting, they didn’t argue or try to fob me off. My emails were answered
within 24 hrs and were polite courteous and professional. Thank to so much for your excellent customer service your staff are awesome.

I love the style and sophistication of…

I love the style and sophistication of these diffusers. They are both stylish and discreet and don't try to grab all the attention! No, they are sometimes overlooked by my guests, who most often only realise they are there when I am asked why my home always smells so wonderful.

I had an opportunity to experience their customer service recently when I had a slight issue with the first ever diffuser that I bought. The were responsive, friendly and extremely helpful and actually sent me a replacement product even though mine is probably 18months or more old.

We never know how good a company's customer service is until we have a problem so I'm delighted to find out that not only does this company provide beautiful, stylish and discreet diffusers, wonderful scents and aromas, they also supply top rate customer service. Thank you Scandiscents team.

Ditch the candles!

I have always burnt scented candles, however, I have noticed over time they have blackened some areas of decor. After some research, I decided to opt for the Scandiscents diffuser.
The device is super easy to use, with fingertip control. There is no need to worry about leaving candles burning or topping up a diffuser with water. The device holds it’s charge well, it’s portable and looks very sleek.

The after sales customer service has been outstanding.

Excellent customer service

I bought a Scandiscent diffuser earlier In the year and about a month ago the scent stopped coming through.
Janes and Max went above and beyond to sort the problem out for me, first trying to troubleshoot and then by replacing the product completely. Their communication has been superb throughout and I cannot recommend them enough.
A wonderful little company with a great product that will hopefully keep on growing!

Scandiscents Simply The Best ⭐️🏆⭐️

At first I was really sceptical and I was reading the negative reviews about Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser. I then read the positive reviews and this in turn for me was the game changer. I had difficulty with my order going through. So I phoned Scandiscents and Max took my call. I said to Max that I was having trouble putting my order through. But before I did, I said to Max about reading the negative reviews about the product and the negative reviews about the customer service. Max was willing to help me with reference to any questions I had. After having a conversation with Max. Max kindly helped me with reference to the negative reviews about the product. With speaking with Max I could clearly identify that this is not a salesperson who is just going to take your money and run. I could clearly hear that Max was a very honest person and he also gave me VIP customer service care! Max said that they have updated the software on the unit itself. I had every confidence in Max who is the owner of Scandiscents along with his business partner James. He helped me place my order and I received my order on Thursday 26th September 2024. I was really impressed with how my parcel was presented and packaged Very meticulously. I am a very intelligent person. But I personally think that the user manual could do with updating. I had to contact Scandiscents and James took my call as I needed to know how long I needed to charge it for. Again I could clearly identify that James was very kind and very helpful with helping me. To charge the Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser. James emphasised that it needs to be charged for a minimum of 4 hours charge and gives you 72 hours of misting. The unit itself is very sleek in design and is very compact. I personally like the display features 3 misting settings and 3 timer settings. It may be small and compact but it packs a mighty punch of fragrance. My main reason for purchasing this Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser was the fact that I have tried everything in my bathroom. I have tried Yankee Candle reeds, I have tried Scentsy Go fan diffuser and I have tried Scentsy Fragrance flower's. I have now used the Rose fragrance oil in my Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser and I must say that I am really glad that I took the plunge and I purchased the Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser. After setting the timer feature for 60 minutes my bathroom was smelling of beautiful Rose fragrance. It's blooming gorgeous. I have purchased two of these unique Scandiscents Halo waterless diffusers now and I am mega impressed. Scandiscents also have a Great selection of Pure oils and it's just like having your own personal spa. I have Severe asthma which is very difficult with reference to using aromatherapy oils. You have to use your own initiative. My triggers are unique to me and it's just the fact of being sensible and choosing the oils with caution. Their products are cosmetically designed to look very similar to Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser that Scandiscents are currently selling. Scandiscents is the real McCoy! Beware of competitors trying to sell the same product with a different name. Ie Scentwave. Scandiscents Halo waterless diffuser has a Capital S. with a dot after the S.

⭐️GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE⭐️

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had an issue with one of my diffusers. They emailed a video showing how to fix the problem but it didn’t work. They have now sent me a brand new replacement without any charge. I’m very impressed with their customer service and will happily buy from them again 😊😊
