Friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my appointment. Appointments were available quickly, with later appointment times offered for added flexibility, and the on-site parking facilities were a great benefit.
The modern MRI scanner was much less claustrophobic than previous scans I’d experienced, and the process, including the timeline for receiving my results, was explained clearly. Overall, an excellent service that I would highly recommend

Very accommodating at fitting me in between holidays. Phoned me to check all ok, to update me on how the scan was going to be. When there was a small technical delay, they phoned immediately to let me know. Helpful, professional and courteous throughout.

I needed this MRI quickly, and ScanLink were there for me. I was contacted immediately after seeing my doctor and seen the next day (Friday) with my detailed results available on the following Monday. Those at ScanLink Diagnostics are very caring and professional, I was held throughout the procedure, it was so reassuring. And ScanLink's prices are more than affordable for this usually expensive procedure.

I had my MRI scan within 24 hrs of being referred and the staff were very friendly and efficient. A subsequent query from my health insurance company was also dealt with by Scanlink very quickly, so full marks all round!

The team at Scanlink were first class when my son went for an MRI. I was quite nervous but they explained the process clearly and answered all our questions.
