I had to reorder three times because, after I ordered, I was later sent information that some items were out of stock. But when I placed the order it showed me what was out so I didn't order it, I understand that it's the holiday season and you are very busy, it's frustrating to you and me.

Will only respond when a dispute is made by your credit card/bank company. My interaction with this company has forced me to no longer do business with them. Plus no free returns of items. The cost of returning items cones out of the customers pocket

The scarves were bought for a Christmas gift. They look to be good quality in the package. Ease of ordering was great and the shipping was spot on. I would give 5 stars if I knew how well they will hold up after some wash and wear.
