Hi i ordered 2xdoubke boxes on the 14th of Sept i have still not received my order the money was taken very quickly but still no goods.Has this company gone bust i am so angry as i have used the company before.I have emailed on numerous occasions and no reply.The fact that there is no phone number makes me also suspicous.How are they still trading.

As a returning customer, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I see Amazon are no longer selling from this company. I received confirmation of my order immediately and the money went from my account same day. Have had no reply from emails sent. What a way to treat loyal customers. Will move heaven and earth to get my money back. Shame on you.
NB. Finally an email offering refund. Would have preferred the fabulous product. Please be honest with your customers. It's always the best policy. Thank you for getting back to me.

I ordered and paid for the sample box back in July 2024 (still no delivery) . I have emailed on 3 occasions to ask regarding a delivery date. I emailed for someone to actually call me, no call received. This was for a gift for my sister who's birthday has gone and I had to buy a different gift. An order I placed in May/June 2024 was also late and I did eventually receive that after I emailed. I have ordered many times over the past 2 years and I have recommended the wax melts to friends and family who have also then ordered from them . I am a returning loyal customer, shame it doesn't work both ways.

Ordered 1x16 sample box of melts 1st August 2024 received confirmation of order immediately as of today 12th August no info as to when I will receive my order also no reply to my email from Sented Sensations same situation as a previous review.

I bought the 16 sample box on 19 July but received no confirmation email. On 25 July I sent them an email enquiring when it was going to be delivered but received no response and on 27 July I sent another email but again no response. The money was taken out of my bank quick enough though. Never again. I now want my money back

These are my favourite waxmelts ever and the only ones I buy. I have bought the waxmelts many times. I don't know if the waxmelts have been changed in any way but the last ones I bought didn't seem to smell as strong or the smell didn't last as long.

Tried loads of different wax melts from various sellers over the years but always come back to to this site to get my favourite snow fairy melts. They smell amazing and the fragrance lasts all day long. Highly recommend their trial boxes too, loads to choose from before buying a particular scent

I have ordered these melts many times and love them, they’re strong scents which will last for 2x 8 hour burns, such amazing value for money too!

These products are really worth the money and the wax melts smell wonderful would definitely recommend them and the company
