Wrong shipment content. The seller tried to cheat by substituting one item by completely different and cheap one. Then ignored email messages, so had to send registered letter to reach him. Still owe 8.55 euros reimbursement.
Worst ever, very arrogant unprofessional customer service.
Edit: Unlike problem solving, the reaction on negative feedback (by email) was immediate. But again ill-mannered and highly arrogant, totally refusing his responsibility for the inconvenience and troubles.
This seller just doesn't have any clue what the customer service is.
Edit2: the seller indicate, that Phenethyl Phenylacetate crystallizes at room temperature. That is correct, melting point is 28ºC (though it does not explain splitting it by two bottles).
But the problem is, the one received (mean, both bottles) is liquid at room temperature 22ºC, and still liquid in refrigerator at lower temperature.
So looks like another fake item.

2. We never cheat or substitute or anything like that!!!! There was one missing ingredient (Labdamate) which has been refunded on April 8. You have received 2 bottles of Phenyl Ethyl Phenyl Acetate because it is solid at room temperature, so we always prepare a few bottles in advance which has been sent to you. There is nothing about a substitute in your emails, so please stop spreading lies.
