BEWARE
Placed an order a month ago, received nothing after 3 weeks, was told a refund was being processed, no refund received, stay away from this company, avoid at all costs

It is such a shame that this company has been on a downward decline over the last 12 months.
Had quite a hiccup with an order back in March and since then. The only scents that I like are currently out of stock and after trying many other Baby Powder wax melts, NONE have come even a close match.
I would even consider helping the company get back on a level playing field, just to have the original Baby Powder wax melts back.

My mother Ordered on the 8th of march and still waiting for the items. Have tried to contact the shop but it just rings out. Finally got hold of owner who said I’ll get a refund but that was weeks ago now.

I’ve been using Scentful wax for a long time as the melts were amazing. Now they are a nightmare,taking peoples money and not sending the orders. Ordered a lot of melts in December that never arrived. After a lot of messages being sent,they reluctantly in my opinion sent out a duplicate order,which I was more than happy with. Ordered again on 2nd of March,and sod all has been sent again. I’ve emailed, texted and messaged on Facebook and was promised the order was sent out. I asked for the tracking details and I’ve had every excuse under the sun, to why I haven’t received the tracking details. My order was for £35 ,which is not a lot of money,but it’s a lot of money to me . Nothing but a pack of liars and thieves. So I’ll now be taking this further. Avoid this company at all costs 🤬🤬🤬

Told Ellie in December to stop taking money from my account, and it did, only to discover on 5th of April she has somehow taken £345.30 from my account. Plain to see that these lot are out to defraud their loyal customers for monetary gain. They have hidden their 'who Is' web server details and must have someone on the inside who is not only good with computers, but is good at hiding behind false names and addresses. I will get my money back Ellie Cole, you have been warned. No more excuses. Karma is a b1tch.

Ordered 18th March, by 27 th March still no sign of my order, now 11th April and still no sign... first excuse was ' catching up after xmas' then it was ' had website problems' then it was changed delivery agents, then it had been dispatched, then it hadn't but it would be, now appear to be selectively ignoring emails!... Am going to PayPal for a refund. Used this company many many times before but the last 2 orders have been nothing but trouble, it seems something very strange is going on and I for 1 won't be parting with any more money to them. Such a shame as the wax melts were lovely

Subscription payment came out the 1st March, haven't recieved it at all, emailed and said they'd look into it. Currently waiting to hear back over a week ago nothing! I've spoken to my bank and hopefully I can get my money back, highly unlikely as I can't seem to contact. SCAMMERS.

I placed an order on 23rd January and never received it ,despite sending several emails I have not heard a thing ,I would like my money back.it was 24 pound .I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to give money away like that ,I have been scammed and it's not a nice feeling

Avoid avoid avoid. They take your money, don't send an order confirmation and don't send you the item. When you email to complain, they string you along, promising that items are in the post but mysteriously they can't supply proof of postage and weeks go by and nothing turns up. The website domain has changed name twice now in the 6 weeks that I've been trying to resolve this with them. The contact email address listed here on TrustPilot is also different to the one on their Instagram so you never have a clue who you're speaking to.

I put my order through on 11/02/23 and on 03/03/23 a replacement order was apparently put through for me as the first one didn't arrive - it's now 20/03/23 and neither have arrived and the most I've been offered is a partial refund and discount code. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Update: I eventually got my money back through my bank, thank god. But what a waste of weeks and weeks of my life trying to resolve this. It's disgusting she thinks she can do this to people and judging by the other reviews on here, she is still ripping people off and hoping to get away with it.

I have used this company in the past and was very happy with the product and delivery. But on my last order it was a total nightmare.
I ordered on the 31st of January 2023, to the value of 32.00+so as not to have to pay for postage.
I spoke to the owner of the company who told me she had to make some of the scent that I requested, it she would change the number on line so that I could order the amount that I wanted,and she’d send it .
By mid February I hadn’t anything no email to say the order had been sent or a email with tracking number.
After several chat messages phone calls ( private number , couldn’t get through) I sent a last chat message to say I was now going to contact the bank for a refund left my number to contact me.
Anja the woman phoned , all she did was give excuses, eventually we decided she was going to send the goods with a little extra and send it by DPD, and it would get there by the 14 March.
On the 13th of March I received a refund I the bank.
No explanation why, no goods were sent.
A terrible business, I’ve just checked on line and trading is suspended.
I would be very weary to order again from there, as a matter of fact I won’t ever again, I’m trying other companies, I can do without all the hassle of this one, my advise, be very weary you could lose your money….

Used this company before and was very happy so my latest experience has been a huge disappointment.
Received my order with a note asking me to contact them to arrange either a refund or replacements for the 2 items that were missing. I did so and also informed them that 3 of the bars I had received were not what I had ordered. I was told replacement bars would be sent (no mention of sending me different items) after 3 weeks I messaged to ask what delay was when I received a reply a poorly pet was blamed for delay in response but I was assured that replacements had been sent out. Despite my request for tracking details or proof of postage I received nothing. I've had to open a case through PayPal which in itself has been long winded, certainly didn't expect to be out of pocket 6 weeks after my initial order.
The wax melts are just about the blandest melts I've ever bought, very little discernable difference between different scents, poor scent throw. Waste of money. Scam.

Thieves. Ordered on 13/08/2021 and still no delivery. Took my money and will not give it back. This was for a present for my awfully sick aunt, really wanted to get this special package for her to cheer her up. Owner Kim was abrupt when I finally managed to get someone to answer phone, and I've called 5 or 6 times since and 'she is suddenly away or out and will call back' but never does. They keep deleting my review and I now know its obvious some of the positive reviews are done by themselves Kim Westley being the woman who girl on phone said was owner. Its now closed down no one at shop and phone not working. My bank trying to do a charge back but can only do it if theres any funds in account. Enjoy my hard earned £££ scum bags you obviously need it more than me.

Beware of this company! Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my order. The money has been taken out of my account and all emails and messages to them are being ignored. Disgusting customer service and I will not be buying from them again.

I made my first order the other day for the butterfly tealight melter bundle which included the melter, 10 tealights and 8 packs of wax melts. It arrived super quickly in excellent condition. The butterfly warmer is beautiful! I opened the wax and not keen on most of the scents being completely honest, I would definitely like to try a different range. To test it out I used Snow Queen in the melter and the smell is very strong but not overbearing, it's a very nice scent but very sweet. I am very happy though as most wax is very very subtle and I can't smell it! I am very happy with Scentful Wax and will certainly be placing another order. Shame there is no option for small samples though to see what scents are preferred.

I had to come back and edit this review as I have noticed that the website is no longer running and socials are now non existent. Below is a review of an order I received before this company changed owners. It is shocking to read on here how many people have had problems and lost money since this business changed hands. I have changed my star rating as this company is no longer what it once was.
I absolutely love the melts from scentful wax. Delivery is always prompt, and well packaged. The choice of fragrances are well suited for all, with lots to choose from. The melts look and smell amazing. You get an excellent burn time too, with a great scent throw.

Love these! They smell amazing and were packaged lovely in tissue paper (which was beautifully done not ripped at all) and letterbox sized cardboard box.. I purchased starry night, red raspberry and twilight dream scent bars and would recommend every one they smell lovely! Quick delivery will definitely be ordering again 💛🧡💖

I have purchased from here on several occasions and I’ve never been disappointed. The scents are lovely and long lasting and the slab bars arrive beautifully wrapped. I won’t buy from anywhere else now. I love the massive choice too. Highly recommended.
