Ordered some fragrances. They have yet to arrive a week later. I've tried to contact support for updates 3 times and have been ignored.
With the really poor communication, I don't know if I'll ever get my money back.
Promise the world and deliver nothing.
Piss poor service.
Scents are lovely and would represent good value for money. However, in my particular case which was my first time of ordering from Scent Street, part on my order (Inspired by Sauvage 001 Iconic Citrus (£4.35)) was missing. Despite reaching out to Scent Street to request an explanation, nothing by way of a response to date has been forthcoming. Impacts customer satisfaction.
