Excellent selection and service
My first time using Scentstore and I found them to have an excellent selection and service. They stocked the niche fragrance I was looking for at a reasonable price which arrived quickly. I will definitely be adding Scentstore to my list of retailers I look to when purchasing my next fragrance.

Nothing was wrong
Oh I wanted the delina exclusif, but you sent out just the delina, I typed on Google delina exclusif and it cone up with that. I didn't know any different,I didn't know what the delina exclusif bottles looked like. So yes I've amended my incorrect one, my bad, sorry. I've given 1 star xx

Scammers
Absolutely terrible experience! I received my parcel today, and an item was missing! The worst part is they completely ignore you—no responses to emails, calls, or messages! This company is nothing but scammers who have left me £137 out of pocket. I’ve tried to return the remaining items, but they refuse to respond and provide a returns label. They’re clearly trying to avoid dealing with it. I WILL NOT be paying for an item I never received, and if they don’t sort out this return immediately, I will escalate this matter.
Avoid this company at all costs—they are unprofessional and dishonest. I’ll be warning everyone I can on every platform I can find. Stay away!
