I trust Schaeffer's

I'm definitely not an expert when it comes to trading, but I'm not a beginner either. I have been using Schaeffer's for a while now and I love the knowledge I have been gaining along the way. They have had some losers, but more than enough winners to make it worth your while. The team over there has been very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Update to the response they provided

I was tricked into purchasing the $3,995 package. I assumed he meant $39.95. He did not clarify the cost was in the thousands. After the first 3 days, I have not heard from anyone from this company. I do get a lot of e-mails to upgrade to a better program. Am curious since I wonder what I was suppose to get with the $3,995 package. Have not received anything that’s worth using. Yet they try to get me to buy more programs. This company is worthless to me. When I saw the $3,995 charge on my account I called and asked for a refund but he said I had to wait 91 days before applying for a refund. Never saw another company with such a lame excuse for refunds. I see problems after the 91 days are up and I ask for a refund. In response to the Schaeffer response. They say the recorded conversation mentioned that they stated that the amount was $3995 twice, I would like to hear that recording because I would never have agreed to that price. I don’t think they even mentioned it once.

I see that you signed up for one of our premier trading packages on May 8th. We have delivery confirmation for every trade recommendation sent to your email address on file. I also reviewed the phone call transcript where you consented to upgrading your trading program to a $3,995 (fully spelled out as three thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine dollars twice on the call) with a guarantee that, if after 90 days of trading this program, you are unhappy with it for any reason at all, we will return 75% of your subscription fee upon request. You have not hit 90 days on your subscription so I am unsure what you mean about "seeing programs after the 91 days are up" because that is patently false.

As a side note, you emailed us requesting access to more trades on May 15th, a week after your purchase.

The best way to resolve these concerns would be to reach out to our Customer Experience team (5135893800 x1250) and they will assist you.

Hi Sayed! That's correct -- we had two huge winners (+218% and +261%), one breakeven, and two losers. At the end of just 4 days, we were up nearly 75%/trade entered. Win rate is not important in options trading, it's having those giant winners. You can make money with options with a pretty low win rate if you're buying!

Hi Ed. I certainly am sorry you feel this way. You received 6 options trade recommendations immediately upon purchasing on June 12. The trades needed to be entered that same day (per the handbook and directions sent to you immediately following your purchase). It does look like a representative tried to reach out to you at 10AM that day to make sure you had received your trades and you told him that you had a doctor's appointment and would call back in the afternoon, which you did not. We do try to provide support both via email and via phone. Please contact our customer experience team at service@sir-inc.com to address these concerns to ensure you did not waste your money. Hi there. 1) test offer: 5 from 6 trades, ( one of them was far away from range because of gap), 2 wins, 3 lost, l lost $600, 2) Abo offer, 6 from 6 trades, 2 wins, 4 lost, still made 50% gains, but also still far away from your expectations! I think l must introduce a little bit of money management! Anyway, it seems it works! I'm curious about next tradings session

With options buying, best case scenario, you win 50% of your trades. A successful options buyer can be wildly profitable with a 35% win rate. With Expiration Week Countdown, the goal is to have your winning trades greatly outweigh the losing trades that are inevitable. This is all explained in detail in your handbook that was sent to you immediately upon purchase.

Money Management is the HIGHLIGHT of our Quick Start Guide and our product handbooks to ensure customers can profitably trade option buying services.

My experience

I get a lot of emails since subscribing. A large percentage of them are offers for a “new better” subscription. I don’t like this and it wastes a lot of my time sorting through to find the emails that are relevant to the subscriptions that I have paid for.

Questions

I paid $15 for an introductory offer of option trade recommendations due to me by Sunday 6-11-2023. I did not find that email. They asked me to check all email files. I found it but the topic line had not stated the name of the sender. The evening of 6-12-23 they told me not to place the trades because it was too late. Today I read on Trust Pilot that the company had tried to contact me three times on 6/21. I have not heard from them since our emails on 6-12-23 and 6-13-23. Thanks, CA

The subject line was "New Recommendations for Expiration Week Countdown" and it was sent from subscriptions@schaeffer.com at 7PM ET on Sunday, June 11th. If you ever do encounter email issues, please give us a call or reach us via live chat on the website. The trade instructions you purchased required that, if trades were taken, they must be taken on Monday, June 12th, before the close of market (4PM ET).

We have documentation that we attempted to reach you three times that week (once on the day of your purchase and twice following an email exchange) and were unable to connect all three times. I am unsure of what dates you are reference above, but I hope I can provide clarification as our system tracks these things.

You first contacted us on 6/12 @ 8:10PM to let us know you didn't know where to find your trades. However, that was over 4 hours too late to utilize the program for the week, which we same-day informed you of on 6/12 at 9:47PM. We did not hear from you again until two days later, at which time you again asked about entering the positions. We cannot provide personal advice, which we would be doing if we told you to enter positions in a way that varied from what our newsletter instructed. Again, you were told on 6/14 that it was too late to place the trades.

Since you filled out this review as "CA", we were unable to identify your contact record to follow up on your complaint. Also, naming employees of our company is against the terms on TrustPilot. That is why TrustPilot reached out to you multiple times following your review on posted on 6/21.

This back and forth via review is not very productive. I will email you now and I hope I will be able to straighten out this situation with you.

When the representative gave you a call to discuss the program and any questions you might have had, you mentioned that you had not taken the trades. Since the trial you purchased was for only one set of trades, the representative suggested that you extend your subscription and use your $15 as credit toward that extension so you could fairly try out our trading programs. There was no name calling and we certainly apologize that you felt like that was the tone of our representative. Out of 42 trades that I took from your…

Out of 42 trades that I took from your recommendations, 27 were losing trades. Averaged 47% losses on the losing trades and 47% gain on winning trades. I am losing a lot of money on your trades so far. It seems to me that you let losing trades go to far. Have had at three trades with over 90% losses.
