Can not keep their word

Put in an order for delivery before x-mas and in decent time before, that did not happen. As "compensation" I get "points" that is valid for a whole month, they do not have anything I wanna buy within that time so that felt like a clear message that they do not care at all in any form.
This "company" is recommended to keep away from you are better of spending a little more somewhere else and get your things in time and if it comes late more then nothing even a "sorry" would have made this better then it is.
