I got scammed by these guys. I get a visa every year through Germany and needed one so I went through them. They told me the Germany system was broken and booked me one for Norway. First time I ever get a visa rejected

Calling this a “scam” is completely incorrect and misleading.
You were clearly informed that Germany appointments were not available for your travel dates due to system issues, and you chose to proceed with Norway after the full explanation. We only handled the appointment booking, and your documentation was submitted by you, and a rejection is based on the application, not the appointment.
We provided the service exactly as agreed. The visa decision is made solely by the embassy, not by us.
A rejection does not mean you were scammed. Instead of making baseless allegations, it’s important to understand and accept the outcome.

Initially I only opted for a visa appointment service but then decided to also get the documentation service. They are super quick to reply to your queries. Stay away from them
My humble request to all of you: stay away from them, as they are fraudsters. I spent almost £400 on the Schengen visa, but I received a rejection letter after 20 days. They told me to show 800-900 pounds as proof of funds for the dual trip itinerary. They already knew this amount was not enough for the itinerary. So, after the rejection, I will have to apply again and spend another 400 pounds for the visa. If you want to save your money, stay away from them.

You are claiming that we provided incorrect financial guidance, which is completely untrue. We have clear documented proof from the initial document checklist to the final submission email, where the required funds were explicitly mentioned.
At no point were you advised to maintain insufficient funds. The information provided to you was accurate and consistent throughout the process.
A visa refusal is based on the overall application and assessment by the consulate. Making false allegations after the outcome does not change the facts. We stand by the guidance and service provided in your case.

Visa in 3 weeks
Great experience getting a visa in short notice (3 weeks). Only downside was needing to travel to Manchester from London but my consultant help me to arrange everything which was helpful. Would recommend if you need help with a Schengen visa.
