This company is big fraud only 1 person company all reviews of his friends and family members don’t trust them I did big mistake to trust him I loss 750 £ just because of his unprofessional advice and false information he hv no information don’t trust on him he is big cheater. Before I submit my application for Schengen visa I asked him before multiple times how long I get my passport back because I have appointments on 1st of July and again and again he said to me don’t worry you get ur passport back before 29 June and today is 3 July I hv no passport yet I went USA on 1 July but they not allow me to enter because I hv no passport just because of him now he block and run way I lost 250 £ of USA visa fee plus pay him 200£ and 185 £ pay to vfs and he book my vfs appointment with premium service without ask me so I pay there extra fees as well Dint trust him I try to find him soon to get back my money from him

You were informed of estimated timelines based on current averages, but we always clarify that delays can occur. We never guarantee passport return by a specific date and clearly outline this in our terms and emails.
Regarding the VFS premium service — it was selected to help secure a faster appointment, which you agreed to. No actions were taken without confirmation, and all payments made to third parties were explained in advance.
