SCHEPPACH user manual

I asked SCHEPPACH, the famous woodworking machinery factory, for a user manual for an old model of planer and thicknesser model hms 4000 - art. no. 62450000 the day 2023-05-17. After having received confirmation of my request - question scheppach 2081048809 - I have not had any more news.
I never expected such behavior from such a famous brand.

Non existent customer service when you…

Non existent customer service when you have a warranty problem. Twice I have had a warranty problem and twice there was awful customer service from Sheppach and Aldi, where I purchased the products. An air compressor arrived with the air filter smashed. I was totally stonewalled by Sheppach -- never received a replacement. A compactor/whacker plate arrived with a dangerously defective carburetor that leaked fuel into the oil sump. It took six weeks for Sheppach to collect it and several additional weeks to process my £300 refund -- only after I threatened legal action.

I contacted this company 2 days via there on line form and I have not received any response and I don't expect one!with past experience customer service is a joke!!

Customer service and Support is a joke

I can’t talk about their customer service as there is None. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls to support in regards to making a warranty claim for a defective lawn mower I still have had no response from any one from the company. With the phone call all I get is someone will be in contact. This has been going on for over 2week. What a joke.

Products are useless bought strimmer…

Products are useless bought strimmer came with a broken spark plug bought another and.the machine does not start took it back to bricomarch and they are messing about saying they are going to send it off for repairs?

Perseverance pays off with Customer Service

Update - Scheppach finally came through with replacement turbo nozzle and adaptor, pressure washers now works well, value for money. I recently purchased a pressure washer from Scheppach directly from their website. The turbo nozzle was broken and I contacted customer service through email. They asked where I bought it and after I informed them I bought it directed from Scheppach website they refused to respond to my emails. I can’t use the pressure washer as the turbo nozzle is broken. I have contacted them 6 times and they have failed to respond.

es tut uns leid, dass das passiert ist. Normalerweise verschicken wir nur innerhalb Deutschlands und nach Österreich. Eine Bestellung aus dem Ausland oder ein Versand dorthin sollte technisch eigentlich nicht möglich sein. Daher hat die Bearbeitung des Falles leider länger gedauert.
Da wir unsere Maschinen nur nach Deutschland und Österreich direkt verschicken, haben diese auch nur die dort nutzbaren Stecker und werden nicht mit Adapter geliefert. Adapter haben wir daher nicht vorrätig.
Wir haben Händler in Großbritannien, die dieselben Geräte mit den passenden Steckern verkaufen. Wir haben unseren Servicepartner in UK kontaktiert, damit er Ihnen weiterhelfen kann.

we are sorry that this happened. Normally we only ship within Germany and to Austria. An order from abroad or a shipment there should actually not be technically possible. Therefore, it unfortunately took longer to process the case.
As we only ship our machines directly to Germany and Austria, they only have the plugs that can be used there and are not supplied with adapters. We therefore do not have adapters in stock.
We have dealers in the UK who sell the same machines with the appropriate plugs. We have contacted our service partner in the UK so that they can help you further.

The after sales service of this company…

The after sales service of this company is disgusting for many years I have purchased there products. But never again they don't even respond to emails or complaints
