No heat, no sweating

Terrible. Do not buy

Delivery took awhile, but the product is worth waiting for. Though I was always informed about the status.

Cooling Sleep Duvet ist extremely soft, featherlight, a pleasure to sleep in.

Scam website. Their products are very low quality and from China. They don’t accept returns. Stay away and save yourself time and money.

This pillow is very comfortable. I'm usually hot, so the cool pillow sleeve is great. I've been using this every night for the past two months and I love it.

I gave 1 start because I couldn't give less.

The product was completely useless, it was a pregnancy pillow and it was unbelievably small, really just a little baby can use it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I bought this product because it has the possibility to return, so I send an email to this company and my options were: to get another product, 10€ in my account or if I wasn't happy with that answer I can send everything to Asia 😱

Of course they gave me options after more than 20 emails, but it wasn't was is established in the return policy, and when you don't receive what you need you just want your money back.

At the end I just accepted a new product in order to don't feel that I lost my money, funny thing this was worst than the first one, it was a "memory foam pillow" in the Middle of the night I had to change for the old one because my head and neck were in pain. 🥲

At the end they told to give a good review in this website 🤣 so please DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS COMPANY.

The quality of the pillow is very good. My sleep improved and getting less stress during the day. There was only one issue with delivery, it took more than 12 days and was misrouted. But fortunately I got this and satisfied.
My absolute favourite!
I highly recommend this to everyone who wants.

The website clearly states returns are possible within 30 days. The item I purchased, was not at all how it was pictured on the website and instead a much cheaper version that was not nice at all (having used a high quality version before). When you email them to return an item, they say they can't accept it and offer instead a small rebate. So unfortunately, a scam, and I should have checked trustpilot first!
