I strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.
I was locked out on a Saturday evening and called their emergency service. They replaced only the cylinder of my apartment door with a temporary one. The technician was done in 20 minutes, yet the invoice states “Uhrzeit: 20:00–21:00.” The final bill was CHF 878.45.
After contacting several competitors, I learned that the same service (evening call-out, opening, temporary cylinder) typically costs around CHF 500. I asked the company to adjust the price to the market level, explaining the short duration and the limited scope of work. They refused to reduce the price or provide a convincing, itemized explanation for the higher amount.
Positives:
* The job was completed.
Negatives:
* Price roughly CHF 350 above market for the same service.
* Invoice time window doesn’t reflect the actual 20-minute intervention.
* No willingness to accommodate a reasonable request for a price adjustment.
Overall, I felt overcharged and poorly treated as a customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
