Great rehabilitation plus strength training
I’ve worked with Adi since the beginning of 2023 to resolve lingering issues from a previous meniscus injury and improve my fitness, and have been so happy about the results. As anyone with knee pain knows, it is not easy to resolve and can be very unpredictable to manage! Adi’s program for me covers rehabilitation, strength training, and nutrition, and after each session, I’ve felt significantly better and had a clear plan in place to continue these improvements.
Adi is very thoughtful about personalizing his programs, and adjusts them on the spot depending on how each muscle feels. He simultaneously challenges me to perform better than I think I can, while being understanding of when life factors (sleep, energy, travel, etc.) get in the way of maximum performance. And, it helps to train with someone who is easy to talk to and can make the whole experience fun - the time flies while getting stronger!
