I bought the starter pack for our super high energy Kelpie puppy after meeting a dog trainer in the park who recommended it. Usually only toys with food hold his attention, but he was immediately interested and spends a long time playing with the Schnuzzle. I would definitely recommend this to add into any enrichment protocol rotation. Great for dogs who need to be engaged or will become destructive, this has definitely saved a lot of unwanted chewing!

He doesn't like it at all and his nose is highly sensitive to so called good smells. A v v v expensive waste of money and I sincerely regreg buying it at that price. Luckily we can share it around as a chew toy but the discs themselves, did nothing. So, nah.

God do I wish I read these reviews. My dog a cocker spaniel, very scent driven took absolutely no interest in the product. Wanted me to throw it . I tried several different scent discs. No response. I paid nearly $100 for a rubber ball and some cardboard discs . I have sent several emails to no response. I will try and warn people on social media. What a SCAM.

In response to your reply. Yes you did respond to my emails eventually.Your company does not behave like a reputable one . If a customer bought 2 ,opened one and saw that there was no response you could've gracefully refunded the cost of one at least. I think a product is a scam if it makes claims that it cannot deliver. Your advertising is very misleading.

I love the idea and theory, but it's no where near as effective as advertised. I have a very scent driven hound that constantly has her nose to the ground when we go for walks.

Thought this would keep her entertained while at home, but she will play with the ball for less than a minute and move on.

I changed the scent disc, again plays for a minute and then not interested.

So disappointing.

No return policy, even if a product hasn't been opened. I bought 2 for my dogs, opened one neither of them at all interested no matter what we did. Wouldn't even play fetch with it. Reply from company when I asked about refund 'I am afraid we don’t offer a returns policy. May I suggest that you reintroduce Schnuzzle to your dog at a different time and with a different disc? Many people are having great success if they persist.'

In addition it was a week after I placed my order when I emailed to ask when it would ship as i had heard nothing. They said they had been busy. Then managed to ship it that day.

Received mine and was excited. My dog got the scented disk out in minutes and chewed it up. Hoping it has nothing toxic in it. Tried a second time in case it was a fluke, same result. Waste of money.

My dog showed no interest. Ads look great but my Border Collie didn’t care about it at all. Sniffed it once and then walked away. Even tried different disks.

We were gifted a schnuzzle and the minute we gave it to one of our dogs, he didn’t stop playing with it. For 2 days straight he didn’t touch his fav pineapple toy that he has with him 24/7. The ball is large and he can’t get it stuck under the lounge or tv unit which is great. He sits and licks, chews and plays with his schnuzzle and after a week he has made this toy apart of his fav toys he plays with daily. The scent disc is great. We hid the schnuzzle in lots of places which is great as it keeps him busy. He gets so excited when he finds it. If your dog loves games and balls, they will love this toy! 100% recommend.

My dog had the scent disc out in seconds! I had to retrieve it from his mouth before he chewed it or choked. I reached out to the company for advice and did not receive a reply.
At its best this is an expensive ball.

Zorba loves his Schnuzzle ball. This awesome toy keeps our Japanese Spitz entertained with the variety of scents and he enjoys playing games through sniffing the different scents. He stays engaged and keeps calm chewing the ball. Highly recommend 10/10

We love our Schnuzzle ball!! It stands up to my aggressive chewers, and it’s fun to see how they respond to the different scents. Definitely a must have for any ball collectors out there!

Our two retrievers love the Schnuzzle. We were so happy to find a toy option that would peak their interest without involving treats. Our one year old retriever loves chewing on it and it has held up well unlike other treats toys we have tried.

I absolutely love this toy so much! It has changed the game in the entertainment department! Obsessed!

Great enrichment toy! I have 2 dogs. My larger dog loves his and is completely obsessed and brings it everywhere, while my smaller dog can’t seem to fit in it her mouth she does love to push it around with her snoot and always seems to be napping by it.

Olly really enjoys this toy and has come back to it, even when there isn’t a sniff disc! He has only tried one scent so far but can’t wait to see what he gets next! Only recommendation would be to make the discs stay a little more secure. Thank you!

This is an amazing toy, one of the best!!! Keeps both dogs busy and entertained for so long not too mention it totally tires them out. 10/10 would recommend!!

Thank you Schnuzzle, our cavoodle is absolutely obsessed with this sensory ball. It entertains her for hours, lol and she won't share with her lil brother. She's either chewing smelling or rolling it across the room, absolutely her favourite toy by far.

I was excited for this toy for my curious and energetic 8 month old cavoodle

But….. a total disappointment for me and for him.. he is so not interested and I even changed the scent a few times and still no interest

Be wary of the advertising hype for this product.. not totally accurate I am afraid

I bought the Schnuzzle Walkabout Bundle and the Classic Scent Pack for a total of $134. I was so keen for my dog to try this enrichment toy. Unfortunately she turned her nose up at it no matter how many different discs I tried. When I asked for help the suggestion was to keep the ball hidden in between plays. I tried that but it made no difference. She chewed the end of the discs briefly before depositing the rejected Schnuzzle into her toy box! It’s the only toy she’s ever done that to. All her favourites are scattered around the house so she can get to them anytime she desires. When I wrote back to Schnuzzle explaining that she still wasn’t interested I was given an apology and told to pass the toy along to another dog so it wouldn’t be wasted.
The T’s and C’s seem to state that there are no refunds. The discs have quite a strong smell so they aren’t blank pieces of card.
I’m annoyed at myself for being sucked in by yet another instagram advert. I’m sure they work for some dogs but it was an expensive mistake. If I was selling such a product I would warn on the website that not all dogs fall in love with it and after asking for a video to show the failure I would graciously refund the money. Anyway… my dog is a blue heeler border collie cross and she is very smart. If only she could have barked at me to get off my phone like she often does before I clicked BUY!

This ball is great. Not only a ball but comes with several different scents. My dog loves to chew on it for hours.
