Would not use again. After ordering for ten years with three hundred plus each order I was treated like a liar when they didn’t send the correct amount of books.

I chose School Mate Publishing because they included Comic Book Templates and that was the project we were completing for a 4th grade writing assignment. The competitor publishing sites did not offer a Comic Book option. The process from sign up, to ordering, to receiving the published product was smooth and the customer service team was helpful.

I would recommend School Mate Publishing to any teacher looking to publish their student's work. The parents loved the high quality presentation too!

The book kit came with clear, easy and helpful directions. The book is colorful and a great quality. Customer service was amazing by reaching out to me when I left an item out of the box. The turn around for submitting our book pages to receiving our published book was very timely. My students love being published authors.

This company is fabulous. They are friendly, caring, and patient. The end product that we received was above expectations.

The program was easy to use, the kids had so much fun, and they were very proud of their work. There is always someone reading our classroom copy.

I made a beloved book with my class during COVID and I have always cherished it as a memory from the hard work we put into that year. Unfortunately, 4 years later, my book ended up getting lost during a move between schools and I reached out hoping there was still some way to get a copy of my book. Luckily, the company was able to ressurrect our book from 2020 and printed me a new copy! It is still a beloved book I share with my class every year and I am so thankful they were able to make me a new one years later!

They were great. I did not follow instructions and sent mine early before I sent my money and they were very helpful and kept it open for me. My books came in a couple months earlier than anticipated which was a nice surprise!!

A few weeks ago I gave a disappointing review because of the way the books had been printed; however, School Mate Publishing was willing to work with me and honored their word that they'd help to make it right. I am SO thankful for their willingness to work with me, as I know our class is going to be elated to see their books when they unwrap them at our yearly holiday party next week! Upon receiving the box today, tears came to my eyes to see the beautiful product my class was able to make with the help of School Mate Publishing. This is such a memorable tradition for our class every year and the books are very well-made.

The customer service was very helpful in helping me through the digital submitting process. I had an extra picture to insert after I submitted and they were able to get it in the correct spot for me. This book will be a cherished keepsake!
